I want to start braving morning runs soon and want to be prepped for the humidity. I wad aiming to do some after work but that hasn't worked out as well.
Target has some running shorts on sale right now and i am returning a jacket to athelta so i can use the credit for some shorts too.
I have flabby thighs so like something with a little more coverage. I strive to wear little skinny girl shorts one day.
Fwiw i love my compression shorts but only have two pairs and looking to add to the collection.
i be typing from me phone. typos and grammer dont count.

Are you looking for more compression shorts or something different? There was a fairly recent 2-page post about running shorts; if you scroll down, you'll probably find it.
My upper inner thighs will always rub together when I run (unless I do some sort of extreme starvation), so I have to be picky about my shorts. I have a few pairs of Athleta shorts that I LOVE. I haven't been able to run in most Target shorts, although if they have compression style, those would probably work and not ride up or chafe. I've never shopped for compression shorts at Target, so I don't know what they have.
I have a running skirt from Target with compression shorts that SUCKS. My inner thoughts are currently chafed from the compression shorts riding up during my run yesterday.

I would definitely go with Athleta. I have short gobbling thunder thighs and cheap shorts/skorts have not worked for me. I have not tried nicer ones, but they all seem to have rubber on the inside bottom of the shorts to grip your thighs and not ride up, which is my issue with the ones I've tried.

I hate it when my inner thoughts get chaffed.
Hahahahaha.... I'll blame that one on auto correct.
