I'll explain my answer. Yes, I've had, uh, several surgeries. Way back in the late 90s, I had a breast reduction. I have a full tummy tuck with major revisions 3 years ago as well as outer thigh lipo. I "lost" several pounds of loose skin from my weight loss back in the (same) late 90s. It had been bugging me for a decade.
I would consider it after I'm finished having babies. Nursing my DD for 15 months = bologna boobs. It ain't pretty, folks. Also, I need to put a little more effort into my weight loss, but if I did everything right and still had this pouchy lower tummy, I wouldn't mind a little help.
I'm happy with where I've been able to get my body through healthy eating and exercise. However, my BFing boobs are a joke. There are no boobs. I went from a 34B to a 36 DD and now to a 32A. It's just hanging skin with a nipple. Nothing inside. LOL I will be getting a boob job in the next year or so. Bring it on.

Hanging skin with nipples. lol. That's about how I feel as well. The only thing I'd consider would be implants, but I really doubt I'll ever actually do it.
I said no way but I guess there is one thing I would do. If I had a lot of loose skin from weight loss (I have been lucky thus far) then I would have it removed. That would be it.
Nursing 2 babies each over a year = total hanging skin with nipples. I'd kill for a boob job (don't want them bigger, just put them back where they belong, please), but DH is very against spending the money on it. So it probably won't ever happen.

Pretty much! Although now that I'm nursing again I have no complaints. Talk to me again in a year If money were no object I'd definitely get implants, but I have college funds to think about.
I had my boobs done when I turned 30 (before marriage and babies) I don't regret it b/c I feel like it helped after I had the babies. (they did not deflate)
I have a ton of extra skin hanging on my stomach. I was 50 inches around when I gave birth and at age 38 it is not bouncing back no matter how much I lose or exercise. I doubt I will ever get a tummy tuck (I have thought about it a lot) but the cost and the idea of elective surgery stresses me out now that I have kids.
Like all the other mommies, my "national geographic boobs" as I now refer to them are on my wishlist. I love the size, I just want them to not look like tennis balls in a sock. Luckily, DH is supportive of my desire (not in a pushy you need to do this way, in a "if it will make you feel better about yourself" kind of way), so hopefully it will happen after we figure out if/when we want more kids.
Also, I have the beloved post-c-section lower tummy thing going on. It has gotten better with exercise/proper eating, but I don't think it will ever be flat again.
If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. - Bruce Lee
H and I agreed that I could get "fixed" if I wanted to after we were done having babies. After the first one, I look essentially the same, but who knows what the next one will do?

i had my boobs done when i was 21. i don't really ever regret it. there are a few things that make me look pregnant (like certain maxi dresses) but i don't care

I could care less what others do but I cannot imagine ever electively going under general anesthesia! I've had major surgery and just can't fathom doing it again for a non-life threatening issue.

I always said I'd consider getting a breast augmentation/lift after having kids. But they're not so bad now... they're a little smaller and a little less perky, but I don't think it's worth going through surgery at this point. But I voted for maybe, because I'm not adamantly against it.
I'm planning to have a breast reduction in the future. SO and I would like to have one child together once we're married. If that happens, I'll wait till after that to have any work done. I would absolutely have a tummy tuck if losing the baby weight left me with floppy skin.
All of this assumes I'll be able to get pregnant someday of course. If I can't, or we decide against having a child, I'll just get the breast reduction and call it a day.
Now, if I was to get really nitpicky? I'd have a nose job and get my ears pinned back, too, lol. But my breasts are the only thing that actually affects my daily life in a negative way, and I've wanted a reduction for 15 years, so that is my priority!
I said no way. But I can totally see the lure of a boob job. The girls just aren't what they used to be after nursing my son for the last 23 months. We're planning on having another so they will probably get worse.
Ultimately I'm terrified of the idea of having a foreign object in my body. So if there is a way of perking up boobs without implants, I might consider that.
Honestly, I hate my size 34A boobs, but I'd never get plastic surgery to enhance them. I would, however, consider it if it would: A) benefit my overall health/was recommended by a doctor for some reason OR B)if I had a gigantic baby and lost the weight but my tummy skin kept hanging or something. That would really hurt my self-esteem, since I'm already overly-sensitive about my figure anyway.

My plan is to have plastic surgery around my 30th b-day (3 years from now). By then I will have finished losing my weight and will have (theoretically/hopefully) maintained for ~2 years to let my skin do what it's going to do naturally, but I know that losing close to 200lbs, there will still be extra skin to remove and possible some odd fat pockets. I am going to get the works. I just have to start saving my pennies because I know it's not going to be cheap!
