1. Married/kids/pets? a brand new kitty as of last week.
5. Any other fun fact/random thought/thing you'd like to share? I'd move my family to Europe in a heartbeat if given the opportunity and ideal location (i.e. Munich). We have been TTC for almost a year and found out last week that DH's little sister (unmarried) got knocked up. MIL did tell me she was "born to be a grandma," so, congrats to her?
#1- New kitty is soooo cute! (heart)
#5- I'm so sorry. I'm sure that stings a bit. Weren't you having issues with regular ovulation? Didn't you just figure that out recently? Maybe now that you have that figured out, it won't be too much longer. Fingers crossed for you!!

thanks! he is so much cuter and tinier in person! he looks so much like my cat who died (love of my life), so it's a little hard/weird, but i know what i love, and i love siamese kitties ;-) the SIL news DOES sting, a lot. i havent spoken to her or anyone in his family about it. turns out she was KU when she was here for the marathon and didnt know it. i hope she's doing ok and is getting happier about the news, im just not looking forward to spending christmas with my MIL gloating about being a grandma, but i dont know how accepting she has been so far. we are now seeing a fertility specialist, so hopefully baby CTB wont be too far off

Tell me more! DH is looking at a position in Munich. I think I'd have to quit my job to follow him which terrifies me. Why would you choose Munich? Do you speak German?
P.S. if you move there let me know and we can be friends...

#5. So sorry. I've been there and it sucks! We tried for over 2 years and had failed IVF cycles before our little guy. There were many "teehee I'm pregnant announcements" that would just kill me inside. When it happens (and it will) it is just that much sweeter.
5. Any other fun fact/random thought/thing you'd like to share? H and I are currently visiting every major league ballpark. We have been to 9 so far, and will be going to the 2014 All Star Game!
So fun!! Which one is your favorite so far?
Busch is one of my favorite ballparks (I'm a Cardinals fan, so I am biased). So aside from that, it would probably be Fenway. Where else are you going to be able to sit in a park with that much history AND have a lobster roll?!?! Target Field is also really nice (we have 1/2 season ticket plan with the Twins), and I love that Summer Shandy is on tap here!

Munich is so beautiful...very Bavarian. And the landscape surrounding it is unbeatable. The city is large and friendly and touristy, and very cultural. Much different from Rhineland and northern Germany...and MUCH different than the U.S., which is always a hard adjustment. I've been to Germany several times, but lost my German language years ago. I just love the country and have a lot of friends and family there (did a short exchange in high school). You should try to watch some House Hunters International episodes On Demand or online or something, if it's a serious possibility for you to move there. I would love to have kids and raise them in Europe for a few years. Maybe someday ;-)
Hi!! I'm a lurker that needs to start posting more!
1. Married/kids/pets? Married 6 years, 4 year old daughter, cat and dog (pug/beagle mix)
2. What do you do for a living? I work part time at a small Dr office
3. Fitness activities you enjoy? Running, swimming and Yoga
4. One thing you want most for Christmas? wireless headphone
5. Any other fun fact/random thought/thing you'd like to share? I have lost over 80 pounds this year! I also went from not being able to run .25 miles and am now up to 5. I am running a 15K in March. I can't wait!
I've been dropping some very obvious hints, but I don't think he'll get them. BOYS. Sigh.
I'd been wanting Yurbuds for a while but couldn't justify the $20 when I had a perfectly good pair of in-ears from Brookstone. Guess what I bought when the left speaker went out? :-D Sad to hear that the same thing happened to you guys. How long had you had them?
I've had them for a year. I'm pretty sure that shoving my phone into my spibelt damaged the wires right above the jack that goes into the phone. They're the Ironman ones. I went to go buy some new ones at my LRS and they told me that the ironman yurbuds have a lifetime warranty, so I'm going to look into that. I'd like it if my $50 headphones lasted more than a year. Hopefully they'll replace them, but since I think I damaged them rather than some kind of defect, I'm not holding my breath.
