Well...98% finished, which is close enough for me. Recap: started this process in August. Went with Ikea cabinets and integrated diswasher. Caesarstone quartz countertops (ordered through Ikea) - got all that with 20% discount. Found fridge/stove/microwave through Lowe's 4th July sale. Wanted cabinets to extend to the ceiling, counter depth fridge, under cab lighting, undermount sink (new plumbing). Hired a guy from Peru (my ex-bf dad's neighbor) who did all the work for a steal! Did all the tile work myself because I was getting too close to the end of the budget. Finally had my floors refinished last week. PS - budget was $10k. This was for all new everything, including plumbing under sink.
Still need to paint all my trim (baseboards and doors), want to add crown moulding strip above door, and need to work on some baseboards.
Such a lovely transformation! Can you tell me more about your crown molding? How big is it? Did you paint it and was it hard to get it to match with the cabinets?
Just gorgeous! Question though, what did you not like about the old faucet? I just love it and would have left that one thing. Also, I just love your accents.
