And for those of you sad about about gaining or "only" 1 lb., etc., don't get discouraged. That's really the best way to sabotage a diet. So many things can affect a weigh-in; my digital scale is typically imperfect on the first try, I can easily vary several pounds in the course of a day, and when I am in the early stages of a new eating plan, sometimes it takes my digestive system some time to adjust and become regular again. If you are a bit, er, "backed up," that could easily contribute to an apparent gain. Just keep going - your body will catch up. And drink plenty of water.
and also, 1 lb/week is a great pace. The slower you lose the weight, the more likely you are to keep it off.
Oh crap! It's Monday! I'm off and DH let me sleep in
I'm down 2 pounds from last week.
Since I've been on this program since the beginning of November, I have lost 33 pounds. So, on my last appointment they added a few foods. You have no idea how excited I was to be able to eat fat free plain yogurt and almond milk among others lol.

I forgot to get on the scale this morning before I ate. My DH made me breakfast while I was sitting on the couch. It look so good I just jumped in. About 1 gf pancake in a realized I forgot to get on the scale. I will post tomorrow. Hopefully with all the skiing yesterday, I burned off bad eating... I am so sore today
Up .8 pounds. I know exactly why - I was celebrating late Christmas with my brother and my H's new job - but still. Blah. Hope I can take it right back off next week.
