I am up 1.2 pounds and I am so frustrated by it I could cry. :'(I followed my diet all week long and by Thursday I was down .8 pounds so between Thursday and today I gained 2 pounds?!?! wtf. the only thing I did to deviate from my diet was go out to eat Saturday night and even then I didn't go nuts and I ran both Friday and Saturday to make up for some of it
I didn't weigh myself this morning because i am due for my period on Thursday, I always gain 3-5 pounds in water weight right before my period so I didn't want to get frustrated. My clothes still fit the same so I am assuming my weight is the same.

Great work everyone. My school is closed today so I can't weigh in until tomorrow but I'll update then. When I weighed early this week I was down three but honestly I can go up or down five pounds on any given day.
+2 pounds made some bad choices this weekend (including a large slice of evil pizza hut). I need to get to grips with the no drinking during the week rule, that alone is going to shave off 1.000 calories a week for sure.
Of course H ate a lot worse than me (all but one slice of pizza for lunch on Saturday, after a fry up for breakfast) and lost 2 pounds .
ETA: we did walk to & from brunch 7,5 km yesterday, which I'm quite proud of.

Not weighing here...but I ate worse this week than the last. In letting more junk back in than I'd like, and I've only worked out once. I'd really like to join a gym, but they're so $$.
