I'm down another 2lb. Still doing Insanity and tracking calories on MFP. We took our 15 day fit test on Insanity last night and both DH and I improved in every exercise! Getting stronger!
No loss for me either. DH, who has lost 12 mf-ing pounds since January 1 by not drinking coke, was NOT encouraging when he said, "You're doing great! You aren't gaining weight!"
I marched my not-so-little-butt back into a WW meeting this morning. I think I need someone else weighing me and to be more strictly counting, because watching what I am eating was not working.
chiming in late... but -2. This week I am doing a meal plan from a beach body coach (I bought the sample shakology kit) and for $5 a shake I hope the other 2 flavors I have to try aren't as horrible as the 1st one!
