Stayed the same. Been so busy packing we have been eating what ever we have left in the fridge and fast food. I am a little surprised I didn't gain, cause my pants were a tiny bit tight yesterday.
Well done on staying the same. In times of stress and business, it's hard to focus on weight...be kind to yourself and it'll happen. Good luck with packing!
Down .9 Which sucks because I eat less than 1200 calories a day and workout 6 dyad a week, but i had mirena taken out and started the pill, so hopefully that's it.

I did really well at first. Then I got sick and salad doesnt sound appealing when Ive got a nasty cold. Im hoping to get back on track this week ::fingers crossed::

+.4 which was not expected and totally disheartening. I was on target with my eating and did every training run I was supposed to. Hoping it's just my body being stupid at that specific moment.

I'm at zero loss or gain since I last updated, but I'm calling it a win since I've been sick, moved to a new place, enjoyed super bowl food and have had pizza and beer every night for a week. Oh, and period.
2# GAIN. Blergh. I will allocate 1# toward the awesome housewarming party I threw on Sat night (and the 3 malibu bay breezes I enjoyed) and 1# to bloat. Serious bloat, y'all. *-)
This is frustrating. I just knew I lost this week. My clothes are fitting better and everything. I know the scale isn't everything, but it is validation for hard work, IMO. I know I could get to the gym more, but it is hard with an infant at home and I need the extra calories to BF. I am worried if I reduce the calories my supply will drop and I already am not pumping enough everyday. Ugh.
Don't get frustrated. I bet you'll see a big loss next week.
I am the same as last week Ehh we had a snow day and really crappy weather the last week (barely above 10 degrees). I think I have seasonal depression and just want to sleep and eat the whole winter away.

I would just like to say, this group has been really great. I got to work and logged in to find 15 notifications - at first I thought, "Oh crap, what did I say that probably pissed off 15 people?" But then I realized it was 15 different people liking my post in this thread, and cyber-cheering me on
