+.4 which was not expected and totally disheartening. I was on target with my eating and did every training run I was supposed to. Hoping it's just my body being stupid at that specific moment.
That stinks. It may be that you are gaining muscle or water weight or something like that. Remind yourself you are in it for the long haul and that the running will gain you fitness and fabulous legs!
+1.5 When my 4m twins don't sleep well, I get super down on myself and then I want to EAT ALL THE THINGS!!!!
That's very understandable. Is there anything else you can do for yourself that gives you happiness that doesn't involve eating? Play lovely music? Call a friend? Find other things that will take care of YOU while you are taking care of your twins. But also, give yourself a break. Think about whether now is a good time to be focusing on weight loss...perhaps just being nice to yourself is more important. But if you want to keep it going, then we'll support you every step of the way! (Feel free to pm me instead when you want to eat all things) You can do it!
Down two! Yahoo! I've been so good this week keeping track of calories and going to the gym. I'm actually starting to appreciate my time at the gym. I don't try to talk myself out of it all day long. I just go. And some days I even look forward to it.

But I have been eating hospital food and Twizzlers and sitting in a crib trying to entertain our baby for five days now. I feel like I should be running up and down our stairs now that we're home, but really I just think I'll take a nap.
down .5 I do really well all week and then every Sunday there has been something. Baby showers, superbowl. and it all goes to hell! Every little bit though
