I really love Lucia and I am considering if we have a girl. From your list I also like Carina and Paloma. I am also looking for Spanish names. My side of the family is speaks Spanish but DH's doesn't and they already mispronounce my name and DD1 and DD2's names so I am looking for names that they won't mess up. I want Lucia with the Spanish pronunciation but I know that they won't pronounce it that way. We our two DDs I have corrected numerous times and they refuse to pronounce them the right way and they are EASY names to pronounce.
I also like Mila and Isla pronounced in Spanish like in "La isla de Puerto Rico". Amelia is lovely but everyone will mispronounce it. Amalia might be a nice compromise.
Also ending in a: Gabriela Isabela Daniela Victoria Lila All pronounced in Spanish Not ending in: Rocio with an accent on the i. Lourdes
Are you pronouncing Lucia "Loo-sha" or "Lu-chia"? I like that name and it could be a crossover with your DH's Lucy preference. I will also suggest Tessa.

I pronounce this name "Loo-see-uh." I'm making the same assumption for sarajoy based on her explanations of the baby being exposed to Spanish.

Ah, I only know a Swedish person (the Swedes are oddly obsessed with St. Lucia) and an Italian person with this name, I actually hadn't heard the Spanish pronunciation. I like it in all its forms!

Yes, "Loo-see-uh"
I am fine with Luci/Lucy for short.
ETA: I will also probably use the diminutive forms as NN's. Lucita, Sarita, etc.
Louisa, Camila, and Carina are my favorites on your list. I think Louisa Joy would be perfect. I really like Lucia, but I would worry that it might get mispronounced a fair amount which would get annoying.
I love the suggestion of Pilar.
We have some good friends who used a very similar naming system. At the time we kind of lovingly poked fun at them for having such an elaborate structured system for baby naming, but it totally worked for them.

That is a great list. My daughter's name is Ada, so I am partial to it. People do confuse it with Ava and Aidan though, which were both really popular the year she was born.
My favorites of your list! Naomi, Celia (Cecilia) were also on our list. Eta: I also love Milena nn Mila - our friends just named their little girl that and I think it's beautiful and it works well in both English/Spanish. Their other daughter is Cora.
