The closest two are about 15 minutes. The in network one is about 30-40. Last time I was at the closest one was in HS senior year by ambulance twice in three weeks, ski/snowboard accidents involving head injuries. Last time I was in the current in network one was Christmas eve. The time before that I was in one a little over an hour away (major university ER with the top shock trama in the country)was Nov 1st. I was white carded through that one and sent there by a doctor's office closer to home. Prior to that was my appendix in college, that ER was 5 mins from campus.

The closest one is about 20 minutes away.
We used it this last January when DS and I fell and he needed stitches. We're moving in August and the closest er will be about 10 minutes away, but it's horrible so we will drive the 25 minutes to the next closest one.
I haven't figure out where the one by our new place is. I was at the old once for me- appendicitis at 25 wks pg- and several times for people that worked for me.

Less than a mile (2 minute drive). I haven't been there, thankfully. There's another ER 3 miles away that's better, so I'd probably go there unless the emergency was so serious that every second counted.
I think the last time I went to an ER was 2005. Before that, I think I was a kid.
There's one in town that's 2 miles away. I have been there twice, when it was too serious to risk driving a few miles more to our favorite hospital.
We took the risk when I had appendicitis and drove about 5 more miles to our fave hosp, and my appendix ruptured. The doctor was annoyed that we didn't go to the closer hospital. That one is top notch, though. Better doctors, an amazing facility, and the rooms are plush! We have driven there a few other times when the situation wasn't quite as urgent. Well worth it.

We've got a couple - the closest one is 8 miles away, but 10 miles away are the major ones affiliated with the near by hospitals (including a Children's Hospital). No, we have not yet had to use them.
I went to the ER because the tailgate on my SUV came down on my head and knocked me out.
Less than 2 weeks later I had to rush my Mom to the same ER because she slipped on ice and broke her wrist. She broke it badly enough that she had to have surgery.
I totally forgot I went to the ER when I was PG with DS#3. I had been throwing up for hours due to some stomach bug and couldn't keep water down. I drove myself b/c it was 2am and H needed to stay home with the twins.
I cannot believe I forgot. That was my only trip for myself thus far.
The closest 2 are ~8 miles away in opposite directions but I haven't been to them. One is in a really bad area, the other is difficult to get to, not close to the highway, the roads around it have very low speed limits, all of which in an emergent situation make me anxious. When DH had a concussion we went to a hospital ~12 miles away. However 2 new hospitals have opened up about 18-20 miles away and we would go to either one next time.

There are a few near us (.8 miles, .9, 1.2, and 6.9) ...I've had to use a few times to the point that we have a preference if we have the luxury of a choice.
About ten minutes. Yes we've brought DS2 for a couple of things, most notably when his older brother slammed a door shut on his finger and nearly tore the top off. Poor little guy had to get seventeen stiches to reattach it.

My hospital just opened their ER about a year ago. It is only 15 minutes away from my house. The next closest ER is 45 minutes away.
I had to go at the end of last year for something. It wasn't life or death but the advice nurse recommended that I go to the ER instead of making an appointment with the doctor.

The closest mileage wise is ~40-45 minutes away. The next closest is farther mileage wise but would take about the same amount of time. We've both gone to the first one. One nice thing about living near a small town, we've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.
