Another NYC-er checking in! I'll take the plunge and prove I am a real person.
My favorite things: reading, good long runs, hot yoga, making an utter fool of myself doing Tracy Anderson work-out videos, food of all sorts (except beets), red velvet cupcakes and 40 Carrots frozen yogurt.
My ideal GTG would be brunch somewhere with outdoor seating. You know, if the weather ever actually improves enough to sit outside.

I'm in mid MO, just about two hours from both KC and St Louis. I'm 30, married, no kids (at least for now). Like food, booze , hiking, shopping, etc.... We've lived here a couple of years, but I still don't know a ton of people in the area. So I'd love to meet up with any ladies nearby or in KC or STL.
Also, I'm in the Denver/Boulder area a lot for work, too!
Northwest Suburb of Minneapolis here. I have 2 kids and like wine, word games, outdoors, running. I am a leader of a big, very social women-only (mostly moms) running group, too, so if running is a common interest of yours, PM me and I can hook you up! I've made a TON of friends this way and we do more than just run. We do girls nights out, have coffee, play dates with the kids, etc as well.
I was a runner, but now have persistent IT band issues that have sidelined me. How fast is your group? Would there be a place for a slow/short distance runner? It's my goal/dream to be able to run again by the end of the year (I've run the Long Beach and Pasadena half marathons before), although I don't know how likely that will be.
I am in Colorado, Boulder area. Two year old DS and a DH. I like to knit, run, hike, eat, drink, and be merry.
We love Boulder - particularly the breweries up there. I think Avery is our favorite at the moment.
There are so many to choose from! I like the boulder brewery as well. I actually live in Louisville and even in my little town two new breweries have opened in the last year. Been to one, still need to check out the other.

Another lurker chiming in. I'm about 22 miles SW of Philly (i.e. DelCo!). And not too far from DE. I bet I'm really close to @foodielicious and beefjerky.
I am mostly a lurker. Two younger children, work FT, love to read but also like being outdoorsy. In southern Nj not far from Philly area.
I'm from Camden County. I'm up there to visit about three times a year. Where do you go to be outdoorsy? Poconos? Jim Thorpe? Pine Barrens?
Umm I'm actually a transplant here only been here around 4 yrs which is how old my oldest is so we really haven't had a chance to do too many outdoorsy things. I'm hoping maybe by next year my kids will be old enough to do some little hiking trails and I would love to go camping in the Deleware water gap...sorry if I made it sound like I got to do a lot of outdoor activities now, mostly just local parks and trails right now.
Hi! I'm in SW FL (St. Pete/Tampa area), and always looking to meet good people. I'm a fan of eating, drinking, shopping, and dabbling in working out. In that order.
I wish I knew how many people there were in the Tampa, FL area! I visit my dad there often and now he's moving back north. I'll still probably go, as I've fallen in love with your beaches. Vacation GTG? I always wish I had drinking buddies when I'm in town.
I live in NH, 1 15 yr old, 1 husband
Yes, a FL GTG would be awesome! I suppose I should say stuff about myself too. I'm 29, 3 kids under 8. I'm a nurse. I love the Golden Girls and reading. Ranunculus are my favorite flower.

Sorry guys, I've been gone all morning doing "stuff"...so I like reading cooking and long walks on the beach..lol...but seriously ok...
I'm 40 child free...not so much by choice but likely forever and coming to terms with it. I live in Delaware. Philly is an option for a GTG for me, heck I could even do KoP, but it's a bit of a hike so for day to day hanging out, local is probably better.
Umm I like the outdoors, but I'm not outdoorsy, love sitting outside and doing stuff, reading, knitting, contemplating my navel. I'm not much of a drinker, but that's just me. I just never developed a taste for it, so I'd be a very content designated driver. Hobbies - LOVE food...hence the handle, love cooking and baking (and I don't mind saying, I'm pretty darn awesome at that), dabble a little in sewing, knitting and quilting. Trying to get out of the habit of plonking myself down in front of the TV in the evenings so I've downloaded a whole bunch of books that were on my "I should read that" list to my kindle last week and I'm trying to go through them. Also recently joined a gym. I have managed to lose 15 lbs since January. A feat I had heretofore thought impossible so I am now inspired.

I'm in the south metro. Are you referring to MOTR? If so, I'm in it too and love it! I've met some great friends through it.
Live in southern-ish NJ at the northern end of the Philly metro. 29 years old, married, 1st child on the way, 1 small dog. Likes: reading, kayaking, biking, eating, drinking (when not KU), the beach.
That's not far from me!! I'm in NJ, an hour(ish) from Philly.
You are having a girl, right? Um, I have lots of girl stuff. ;-) Well, baby stuff in general.
I'll be in the Atlanta area in July. 2 cats, no kids. We like food and booze.
Hi, will you be my friend?
H and I are moving to Atlanta next month. We don't know a single person there. We have a golden retriever, no kids. We like food and booze too.
also mskitkat, I live in ATL and am still relatively new to the area. Until a few weeks ago worked in corporate America but currently SAH with two young kids.
