The only swear word DD has ever said is shit, and she said it when we got stuck in a traffic jam. She was right about J's age, I think, and honestly, I couldn't be anything but proud since she said it in such perfect context. She's never said it again.

DS learned what a middle finger means, lol. He has also FINALLY become brave enough to go downstairs in the morning without one of us. It's amazing how motivating youtube can be!
About 85% of the time, he'll stay someplace if we ask him to. Today at Panera I told him to "stay in the booth" while I bussed our table, and he did! Later DH said "stay right here" while he turned off the electric fence that surrounds the garden, and DS did!
I went to go change J's wet diaper, as I'm changing him he starts to poop, so I try to catch it with some wipes, as I'm doing that he starts to pee... Our wall is covered in pee now
For as crazy acrobatic as dd1 has always been, she has her first ever major ouchie. She got a massive rugburn on her face at daycare today. She climbed up the side of a slide and jumped off while DCP was trying to get he safely down. Kid is a freaking LUNATIC.
AJ gave me my first bloody nose this weekend. He stuck his finger up my nose while he was nursing and his little fingernail cut the inside of my nose. SO MUCH BLOOD.

DD has started blowing kisses as shorthand for "I love you." Also, she's mastered climbing up and down our spiral staircase (with me right behind her). She runs down the hall saying "Go, go, go!" when I ask her if she wants to go up/downstairs, and then she'll keep saying it all the way up/down.

this would be a big day. DD cannot be trusted by a long shot.
Yeah it's a very recent development, within the last week or so. And the other 15% of the time, you watch your ass because he is GONE.
