The other one was too long.
I just dropped and shattered a jar of spicy pickle chips. Now my feet are burning from stepping in pickle juice. Also, my dog ate one and licked some juice before I could shoo him away. Poor little buddy! It's also his 7th birthday and it's making me sad. Why do dogs have to get older!

I have a random! Why the hell do they tape over the handles on the Pampers boxes? It's infuriating to try and grab the box by one end, only to mash your fingers because the handle is taped over.

I love listening to the newborn grunts and snorts. I'm lying in bed next to A trying to decide if I should take a nap or just probe all afternoon. Maybe next week I'll get to sleep at night but for now sleeping during the day works ok.
My nanny mom and I are the same person sometimes. She keeps putting off weaning her kid from the bottle like I keep putting off weaning J from the paci. I really don't want either to happen because naps will go to shit.
TrudyCampbell I can't figure out polyvore on my phone but this is what I'm thinking. That's not the sweater I have, just a similar color. And Calvin will be in navy chords.

You may be pleasantly surprised. Mia only struggled with one nap and one nights sleep.
I dunno. Yesterday the only paci I had with me had a hole in it by accident. I thought it would be a good trial run. It was a disaster, lol.
Speaking of sexy time. Are there other "weekend only" couples out there? I just can't muster up the energy during the week. And now I've inadvertently set a precedent with my h, lol.
Apparently we watch too much Peppa Pig here - A just came and asked for his boots (he doesn't possess any) as he wants to jump in muddy puddles. Fortunately I persuaded him that crocs do the job as well as boots do.
Same here. My kids have to use water shoes lol
OMG, L just asked me today where his boots were to jump in muddy puddles...he also calls the show Peppa Kids...lol
I didn't feel like going to the pool, but my friend who's going through a divorce wanted us to go to provide a buffer during their kid hand-off. So we got all our shit together and got out the door. Then it poured rain. Now I'm disappointed, even though I didn't want to go in the first place. And I feel bad that I'm not there for my friend, but I don't know how the handoff takes place when they can't meet at the pool. And I don't want to ask because now I'm back to not wanting to go anywhere. So basically I'm lazy and insensitive.
