I just finished deep cleaning our bedroom. It was so fucking dusty, uggh. All the piles are gone now, bookshelves are neat and tidy. Feeling like I accomplished a lot this weekend since I've done a deep clean of DDs room and ours. Next weekend I'll tackle the guest room.
DH is at the park with DD. I'm chillin on the couch with the pugs watching the Royals on ESPN.
oh also I really want to go check out the sale at half price books and make my weekly Target run but that would involve putting on a bra and possibly makeup. I think I'm gonna pass.
Here. We went to a great cookout earlier today but both girls missed naps. FUN. I'm searching real estate listings and am about to start in on my cheesy Hurricane Sisters.
But I'm heading to bed. There's a tornado warning for my county and I wonder if I should be hiding in the basement. But the baby is asleep up here. Waking her up doesn't feel like an option after the past two nights.
F-ing tornado better keep its distance.
Edited for apostrophe removal! Damn you, sleep deprivation!!!

Me. Got home around 6 after getting a haircut and running some errands. I'm catching up on the Duggars.
I've never seen my kid eat like age did today, holy shit. For lunch she has 4 pieces of watermelon, two Roma tomatoes and a whole avocado. For dinner, a whole cup of Annie's version of easy Mac with frozen veg mixed in, a whole banana, a Roma tomato, half a cup of diced pears, 3 big strawberries and a handful of dry cereal.
Her belly was sticking out so far, she kept looking at it and tapping it, lol.
M is such a challenge lately. I'm sure it's a combo of toddler shenanigans and adjusting to the new baby but boy, she is a handful. She tests every limit and does not seem to grasp the understanding of no. She laughs when we discipline her. It's so frustrating...
I'm feeling down about not being able to breastfeed C today. I'm mentally struggling with the EP option. There's nothing wrong with formula feeding and I'm not opposed to it but I pump 35-45 ounces daily in 5 pumps and am already struggling with clogged ducts so it's going to have to be a long weaning process if that's the route I go. I wish I could just nurse my little guy.....
DH went to a football game in another city and won't be home until 10 or so. I asked MIL what she was up to today and she offered to take DS for a sleepover, so it's just me and the baby. I did have a great morning with both kids - packed a picnic, went to a park, stopped for fro-yo afterward, and then passed him off before I had to entertain for another 6 hours. DD has taken up clapping today and is generally adorable.
I should stick some photos in her baby book, perhaps read or something, and NOT just endlessly waste time here and on FB... but I'll probably be here anyway.

I'm here. Dh and I managed to get both kids in bed by 730. I just pumped and ate this yummy dessert mil made when she was here. I'm watching big brother and will be in bed soon since I will have 2 wake ups tonight.
Here! My parents stayed overnight last night, and took us out for brunch this morning. Dd ate four sizable pancakes! Then we played outside until nap time, when my parents left. Then I went for a bike ride and showered. We browsed new plates at Macy's, and now I'm gbcning while dd takes a bath. I have hot plans to order a set of fiestaware plates/ bowls/ coffee mugs when dd goes to bed!
C is down, I'm watching Big Brother and I plan to start reading Eleanor and Park tonight. DH has informed me he has grand plans to play PS3. We're party animals.

I'm here. H wants to "do stuff" but I am trying to do a little work and wind down. I was on solo duty with a one year old who would not nap for most of the day. He ate like a little horse at dinner time and is finally asleep. I wish every weekend was a 3 day-er.
H is having a bonfire in our back yard, but I'm not in the mood to smell like wood smoke so I'm firmly parked on the couch. We had an awesome steak dinner at home and I just polished off the end of a bag of dark chocolate pretzel thins. This is the life.
