That is pretty much my goal too! The most mileage I've had in a month this year so far was about 28, so I hope I can hit my goal in spite of the heat. Going out for my first run of the month shortly!

My goal this month is to ride 2x a week all month and hopefully hit 200 miles by the end of it. It'll be difficult since I have a work trip where I'll be gone for 4 days, but hopefully I'll be able to make it.

Um, just make it to the gym period ;-). Managing 2-5 times a week with my schedule, but it gets harder every visit! Maintaining my fitness as much as possible, doing my squats and kegels, keeping off any swelling (oh the dreaded cankles), and keeping this baby put for at least 6 more weeks!
Go to CrossFit 4x/wk Run 50+ miles Run a sub 27 min 5k on the 20th Get in a double Digit run each week to get ready for a half at the beginning of October.

- continue to improve my weights on Stronglifts 5x5 (I'd love to get to over 100 lb/45 kg for my squat) - gentle run 2-3x a week - a lot more stretching
