I can co-sign on this too as someone raised fundie-ish in my teen years. My DH was raised as fundie as the Duggars and my inlaws have said stuff like this.
BUT, what I don't get is that the are also anti Semites when it comes to American Jewish people. They are so freakin' offensive with the stuff they'll say about Jewish people here in America even the way they say "Jew" is in a snide way. Yet they support Israel. I don't get it. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?
Maybe they're resentful that we're not all in Israel, like god wants.
This IS a Christian nation, after all. Nobody else belongs here.
Judaism is more like Christianity than is Islam? That's as good as I can figure out.
But evangelicals don't like Catholics... who ARE actually Christian.
Catholics go through the motions but don't have a personal relationship with their Lord and Savior, just FYI. That's why they aren't true Christians. <---- I can't tell you how many times that ideology was trotted out in my youth/young adulthood.

Well, according to Jack Chick they worship some kind of false sun god, and also the veneration of saints makes it a polytheistic religion. HTH!
Because their bible prophesies that Israel must be there for the end time, yet they lack faith - either in the accuracy of the Bible, or the power of their God - that it will happen without Man making it so.
And if that part turns out to be wrong, what else could be wrong?

WELL IF HE WOULD HAVE JUST CALLED ME THE NEXT MORNING, WE COULD HAVE HAD ONE! I mean, I spent hours, with a "friend" the night before, screaming out his name, I mean, shoudn't that have set off some sort of Jesus Christ batsignal?
