I made out with a guy in my car last year and his pants came off. His penis was tiny. BUT I am so nice and never wanna make someone feel badly - so I played with it a little. Literally I was jacking him off with my thumb and two fingers. I was willing to give him a second date because we otherwise had great chemistry - but then he got flaky with me and I was like "Not worth it, dude." He practically begged me for a second shot - and it felt mean, but I thought to myself "If a girl sees *this* and is willing to give you a second date, you shouldn't fuck around with that chance."
I didn't say that. Anyway. That's my small peen story. It's forever scared me and probably caused me to feel men up before I really should.
I just snorted white wine through my nose reading this.
I already admitted this, but I don't regret telling karma to have her kid take abx as a precaution (thinking he was biten by a tick). I get I'm not a doc but I know that 30 days of abx is a sneeze in the bucket compared to the long term damage it could cause.
you're viewing this all from a very narrow lens, which is understandable but also why it's dangerous to repeatedly tell a panicked mom that her child "100%" needs a certain type of treatment, that she needs to advocate for her child, and that you would do it differently (ER v. waiting) if you had a child. you seemed to come up with a treatment plan pretty quickly when world-class physicians would require more information before making those types of decisions. and the fact is, the trained physicians who examined the kid don't think it was a tick bite and don't believe antibiotics are indicated.
FWIW, a month-long course of antibiotics is not always just a "drop in the bucket." more and more studies are coming out pointing towards the role of gut flora in systemic immune response. there is evidence to show that gut flora may never fully recover after a single course of antibiotics, and some studies have shown that antibiotic use can increase one's risk of developing crohn's disease. like your chronic lyme disease (your reasoning for arguing FOR antibiotics), I'll have crohn's for the rest of my life. I had to have emergency surgery after a life-threatening complication at the age of 22. I will take multiple immunosuppressants for the rest of my life to try and prevent my own immune system from destroying my intestines, resulting in internal bleeding, tissue death, and repeat surgeries.
I don't expect you to be familiar with all of the risks (regardless of how unlikely they are) involved with different meds, because you aren't a physician. I do, however, expect that you won't pretend to diagnose and draft treatment plans over the internet... because you aren't a physician.

The biggest I've seen was a fuck buddy and he was hilariously bad at everything. He gave oral like a dog shaking a small animal or something. Like, motor boating my labia. It was so hard not to burst into laughter the first time, but I didn't have the heart to say anything. I'm cracking up just thinking about it.
I am just hiding this in here. Last night I got the sex on a 2nd date. One of the best peens I've seen. He growls & bites and OMG I liked it. A lot. GROWL AT ME A LITTLE MORE.
Damn. I'm jealous! Teenagers are the worst cock-blockers. GO TO SLEEP, YOU LITTLE SNOTS!

You are a doctor, or not? You sound no better right now and a little uppity.

lattes, I'm not. I'm not sure if you read the OP but my goal for pointing out the possible side effects of antibiotics was to illustrate why a physician who will take a more holistic view (e.g. not focused solely on Lyme or Crohn's--like patients with these disease understandably are) should be the one to make treatment decisions.
Eh, I won't disagree too much. Tacom comes across like a know it all in a general way. Interesting that she took the opportunity to school someone, per her usual tactics, and trying to come across like some kind of authority

Listen - I'm just happy that I was able to take one for the team. It's like - the fact that I had to go through that means that perhaps I saved you from being one of the statistics that has had to suffer.
Was it like the guy in Hangover 2? Mr Chow? That's what I thought of when I saw my tiny guy.
"Uppity" is a really weird word to use. What does it mean, exactly? That she doesn't know her place? WTF?
She is uppity. In many situations she acts as if she knows it all. A great example is with her siblings, or the nerve of being upset that her father got married. To be frank she is marrying a rich man very young. A smart move but that doesn't give her the right to tear people down or look down on others.
Who would come post the random comment to Carrots in the middle of peen talk if she were not a Debbie downer?
