Still pregnant - for another 2 weeks unless something bizarre happens. We STILL haven't painted the nursery, but it turns out that's not a bad thing as our contractor who we've become friends with is gifting us the painting labor .

Congrats Sierra!!! So happy for you!!
Not PG but hopeful. We were supposed to start fertility treatments this cycle but I had to have a pituitary tumor ruled out first. We picked a RE and will be starting treatments next cycle!

I'm 32 weeks and change. DH and I are returning home now from our last pre-baby trip (a conference for work where we gave a presentation together, combined with visits with lots of former coworkers, and 7 families we were friends with when we lived near where the conference is). I feel pretty crappy a lot lately (especially with the travel), but they tell me not abnormally so. Also, the way this baby is punching me all the time, I'm pretty sure it's going to be born knowing how to defend itself in hand-to-hand combat.
We're doing a pretty major renovation on the upstairs of our house before the baby comes (hopefully will be done before the baby comes). We removed the wall between the stairs and the living room downstairs, and between the stairs and the hall upstairs. We pulled carpet from stairs, hall, and 4 bedrooms. We installed overhead lights in the living room (almost done but couldn't finish initially due to a wasp nest we found over the bay window). We ran the rest of the audio wires for 5.1 surround sound in the family room. Painted 2 bedrooms and the hall. Removed nasty pealing wood paneling from the nursery. And while we were out of town, a guy installed hardwoods in all 4 bedrooms and most of the hall.
We still have to figure out what the heck we're doing with the stair banister/skirts (don't want to spend $10K for this, which is what both bids came in at). And then the floors (and stairs) will be sanded and finished. And we have a nursery to re-texture and paint. We also need new baseboards, and I'd like to get all the outlets replaced with non-lazy TR outlets. I think I have DH convinced to hire someone to replace the windows in all the rooms getting work done while we're at it, and I'm advicating for new interior doors as well.
And when all that is done, there is moving back into the upstairs.

I am 22 weeks with boy/girl twins!
Just yesterday we got paint for the nursery, and for the first time ever I bought paint and didn't immediately come home to put it onto the walls. We did take down the ceiling light, and hang a single bulb thing so we can paint the ceiling before hanging the fan. I also decided on a rug. So in the next week or two the room should start coming together. We are reusing dressers we have but I still need to pick out cribs.

Sorry I'm so late getting to this thread! It's been a crazy few days. Congrats sierramist03! That's so exciting.
I'm 33 weeks this week so things are starting to get more uncomfortable. I had a doctor appointment yesterday and my doctor noted that I must have a strong core because the baby is still high and tight which is the cause for all of my rib pain. The biggest concern right now is that she is still breech and has been at every u/s and dr appt I've ever had. So we have an u/s scheduled for next week and a consult for a version two weeks after that (aka. two doctors push on my belly to try to spin the baby). If I'm not a good candidate or it doesn't work (they are only 60% successful) then I'm an automatic c-section. Which is a bummer but I'm starting to accept that that may be my fate.
We're making more progress on the nursery front. DH is almost ready to re-paint the dresser after a ton of work stripping paint, sanding, rebuilding, re-squaring, and add concealed drawer slides to the frame and drawers. There are kreg jigs, clamps, and glue all over the garage where he's been working. He poly'd the new solid cherry top, the drawer boxes, and dresser interior this week. All of the fabric has come for the quilt, crib skirt, and curtains. My mom is coming down this weekend to work on them with me. We have the glider, rug, and crib. My dad is dragging his feet on building the bookshelf. The floor lamp, end table, mirror, and recessed light trim is coming this week. DH installed a new flushmount light in the center of the room. I need to order the leather pouf, floating shelves, art, and frames still.

Your rib pain is also likely from her being breech.
I second the rec for spinningbabies.com. At 33 weeks, I had luck getting my DD to flip from transverse to vertex after 2 adjustments by a chiropractor with the Webster Technique. It aligns all of your bones so baby has the most amount of room to turn. You can find a Webster certified chiro on this website: icpa4kids.org/Find-a-Chiropractor Turns out my DD flipped to frank breech the day before my due date and we didn't realize until I was 7cm dilated. Vaginal breech birth is an option for many women if you can find a trained care provider, although it is very hard to find someone trained in breech births these days and you won't be as good a candidate as I was because this is your first child and I had a "tested pelvis." Anyway, I say this just to let you know there are other options to consider, not that it's necessarily the right option for you. You can also elect to wait until you go into labor naturally as labor sometimes helps baby turn instead of just scheduling a c-section.
Good luck! Hope she flips for you or a version (or something else) is successful!

I don't know ... I had BAD rib pain with DD1 who was in the correct position. DD2 is currently breech and I've had ZERO rib pain.
sjh722 I have tried almost everything on that site and then some! We're going to try/retry a few more of those this weekend. I must just have a really stubborn baby. That or she might be like me. I had the cord wrapped around my neck twice and in a knot and I was breech the week of but flipped the day before I came. She has been spinning like a top a lot through this pregnancy so that is a very real possibility but luckily we have ultrasounds to help determine that now.
AmyRI wow I'm surprised that ended up working for you in only two sessions! I have been doing a lot of reading on my options and I was discussing visiting a Webster chiro weeks ago with my doctor. Everyone kept telling me to wait because there wasn't anything they could do that early on so I've been patiently waiting. It doesn't look like it would be covered by my insurance but it might still be worth looking into. I've also read that acupuncture can help but I tried that once for some pain and it didn't do anything for me. Unfortunately we don't have any doctors in my area that specialize/do vaginal breech births anymore. And with this being my first the doctor says there is no way they would allow it. Trust me I've been challenging her on my options and why I'm limited to them.
thatgirl2478 are you planning to do a schedules c-section with DD2? With how many people I've talked to in person and on the boards that had/have breech babies it doesn't seem like the statistic I keep reading that only 5% of babies are breech is accurate.

I am, but not because she's breech (well, she was at the beginning of the month, who knows where she is now), I had a CS with DD1 after being hooked up to pit for 12 ish hours at increasingly high dosages and never progressed beyond 3 cm. The consensus of my 3 Dr.s (OB, and 2 MFM's) was that I would most likely NOT go into labor on my own. I'd rather schedule the surgery than have to have it after hours of labor.

That makes sense. Having a planned CS just seems so much easier to accept when there are other medical reasons than just the baby's position ykwim?
