The crop tops have sleeves so I guess the selling point is that the sleeves will actually go to your wrists. I would buy all the crop tops if it means my wrists are covered. Long sleeves are the bane of my existence.
Based on these comments, I'm assuming they don't have extra long Oxford shirts. I'm only 5'6" but I can never find shirts that are long enough in the sleeves and stay tucked in.
We're the same height and I'm super long waisted. The only place I've found oxfords that actually stay tucked is the limited. But the last time I bought one was like 7 years ago (I gave up on the gaping button thing) so I'm not sure that still applies. You should go try on one when you guy buy your cape.
Sorry, "petites" do not fit me as the crotch ends up at my knees.
I do agree with the removal of fabric being easier, but it's still costly.
I know. My SIL is around 4'10" or so. But for many women under 5'4", it does work and it's a universal option.
But no single mainstream store stocks clothes for women over 5'9". None. I've looked. A select few retailers carry it thru their catalog or website, but nothing is ever in store with the exception of perhaps jeans.
I, personally, find it patently ridiculous that they build/design these clothes to fit 6'+ tall models but don't put a single goddamned article of clothes in their stores that fit a regular 6' woman of any size.
My H has a similar problem as a tall skinny guy, so even that isn't foolproof. He has a 34" waist and a 36" inseam. Go look thru Kohls or Target or Macy's some time and try and find that. It doesn't exist. It barely exists online! We won't discuss his ridiculous 15 1/2" neck and 36" sleeve.

NY & Company stocks tall pants in their stores for all their fits. I just wish they would make their blazers and oxford shirts in tall.
Ugh. Why are they UK? Boo. The shipping to US is pricey.
I thought I had finally found t-shirts that would cover my butt...
If you look at the regular Long Tall Sally part vs this runway fashion thing They have stores in a few parts of the US and Canada - then pop up stores that move around. They have free shipping promos if you watch (and returns). If you call the store in MN, the manager claims in the letter I got with one of my dresses that they don't charge shipping from the store you can order the catalog through the store.

If you look at their regular non collaboration stuff they have normal shirts www.longtallsally.com

Last time I looked at NY&CO it was all this poly/rayon blend crap. Has that changed?
ETA: Tall shirts, though? Pants are more mainstream. Shirts? No.

Brooks brothers stocks 15.5x36 shirts. If you wait for a sale you can usually get them for 40$ or so. Also lands ends sells men's pants by waist and then hems for free, so you can get whatever length you need,

I've looked. Weird. Never been able to find it. Granted, I'm looking in slim fit because, well, dude has a 15.5" neck and a 34" waist. Regular fit looks baggy on him.

i wanted to whine too. Tall and pregnant. Even less fun to shop. Boooo. my wrists will be cold until February.
Motherhood Maternity tended to be most forgiving in their sleeve length.
JCPenney for pants.
Or... what size are you? Cause I have all my maternity clothes still. Medium tops, Size 12 pants.
That is sweet of you to offer! I think I have enough to get me through the remainder of my time, but a lot of what I bought with my first pregnancy doesnt fit. I think they shrunk but that was back when gap had tall maternity pants and jeans in a variety of styles. so I am pouting that i lost that option and everyone else has like black work pants in tall maternity, and nothing else. I think I will just have to work from home from now on. Cause pants.
