Eh, sort of. We each have our own office in the house and his office is decked out with his sports memorabilia on the walls and he keeps his entire football card collection in there. However, he doesn't really hang out in there. He occasionally goes up there to organize card stuff, but a lot of that stuff he does while sitting in the living room with me.

The finished room in the basement is his office, which gives him a place for all the lovely sports memorabilia he had proudly displayed everywhere when I moved into his old apartment. We're both happy. He doesn't have any interests that require a separate room, so if he's not working we usually just hang together.
He doesn't have one (we have no space for one currently), but I asked him if he wants one when we move. He said "No. I want a theater room." So there you go.

We will probably never live anywhere large enough for my H to have his own room, but if we did he would probably rather turn it into a fancy closet room.
Yep, it's everything outside our house. The garage and sheds. He can do whatever the heck he wants with those, just don't invade my house with your man crap. lol
I guess you could count our garage. It's a 3 story, 10 car garage with a kitchen, bathroom, heat, air conditioning, wi/FI, sound system and flat screen for watching motor cross while he wrenches on cars.
Your garage sounds awesome!
It gives me nightmares. The top floor was originally planned to be my home office but I never wanted to work over there. (It's detached from our house and sits across the driveway so the bay doors mirror our attached garage) so now the upstairs is a Guest apartment. I keep telling DH we have to burn it down before our kids are teenagers because it's the perfect place to drink beer and have sex.
The utility room/workshop would kind of qualify, DH putters with his homebrewing stuff in there, and often watches football/baseball on his laptop while he works. I keep half-joking that I'm going to get him a recliner to go in there.
I do have a craft room/GS crap space that's mostly mine, but the kids use it too so I'm not counting it as a lady lair.
H has a space in the garage that he tried to make a man cave. T had other plans. They have a lot of fun out there. She plays video games with him and I get to watch trash TV inside.
No. I'm kind of with LHC in that I think they are silly and a little passive aggressive. I'm also laughing because I can't even imagine what DH would put in a man cave if he wanted to have one. Despite actually having plenty of space to accommodate a man cave, we don't have any stuff to put in one. Maybe he could move one of the old Poang chairs into the spare room and read his Kindle in there alone? LOL.
H and I like to be around each other but not talking. A mancave would be a waste because we always find each other and maddie in the same room , no matter how big the space, lol. #clingers
Kind of? He hangs out in the rec room more than I do - and that's where all his video games and pc are set up. We typically like our alone time in the evenings, so he'll go downstairs while I stay upstairs. If its super cold I'll go down, since that's where the gas logs are. He's always had his own "office". I've tried to share, but it doesn't work out long term. He watches too many youtube videos I don't want to hear, or tries to talk to me about the game he's playing.
I'm more likely to hang out with him down there on the weekends after recharging a bit. If we have kid(s) while in the house he realizes it would make a great playroom, and he'd have to move some things out/childproof them somehow.
He's the only one that uses the office, but it's not like it's a place he goes to hide out. I have my craft stuff and vanity in the other extra bedroom, but if/when we have another kid all of my stuff will have to move into the office with him.

He'll have a room when we finish off the rest of the basement, I have an office of my own so I'd like for him to have a space as well. Plus he's too nice to watch stuff I hate on the family room tv so it would be nice if he had his own to watch football games etc. It'll double as a workout space, right now the weights are in a corner of our bedroom, so they'll go down there.
Eh, not really. He has a spot in the basement that is partially finished with a couch, TV, video games etc but it's not "his". My treadmill is down there and we have our library set up in there too. It's where I make him put all his three stooges memorabilia, but I spend just as much time down there as he'd does.
I will say that the idea of having my own space is really appealing to me as an introvert. Not having our own spaces when DH and I moved in together into a one BR apt was probably the hardest part of that transition, since neither of us had shared a room growing up or more than a semester or two in college.
The names used for these spaces are generally pretty dumb though
H doesn't. Not only do we not have room for one but H doesn't have much free time as it is! He has a garage full of woodworking tools he hardly has time to use and an old truck he wants to fix up but rarely even touches. WTF is he going to do with a mancave? lol

He has an office with all sorts of wires running everywhere, a double wide computer monitor (like, there are 2 side by side) and ugly as shit "decor"/pottery he made when he was 10 on the shelves. does that count? So I guess sort of, but it's his office. ETA - And the cucumber/chandelier/furnace room in the basement. That glorious room is all his as well.
So he gets that room to do with as he pleases, I get the rest of the house. I'm good with that arrangement.
H has one. I mean I can hang out in there if I wanted, but I have little interest. It's our third bedroom and it really serves in my interest too. He has a massive Magic collection, along with a decent number of comic books. He's also decorated it with his fairly sizable collection of comic book artwork he buys when he goes to Cons. I enjoy it as it keeps his hobby contained into one space rather then spread all over the house like it use to be in our old apartment.
