I'm glad that most parents seem to be aware of febrile seizures these days. I had one when I was a baby and my parents didn't know what was happening, my dad thought I was choking and nearly gave me a diy tracheotomy
By far the worst night of my life thus far. I've never been so terrified. That was absolutely horrifying.
Hugs. I have heard the same from my friend whose daughter had them. She almost seemed to have PTSD from it for awhile. Very scary stuff. Glad your daughter is OK now though.

I can see how that could definitely happen. The image of my DD laying naked & limp in the hall way while my friend gave her mouth to mouth is not an image i'll soon forget.
I totally panicked. I took all her clothes off and got in the bath with her trying to cool her down. I had no idea what to do. Definitely something I'll be asking the pediatrician today at her follow up appointment.
