DS woke me up by yelling "I have poop!" and "I need diaper change!" I was dreaming and so confused. We are watching Bob the Builder now. I am planing to go to hot yoga later. Then we are heading up to MILs to watch the local parade and have a little BBQ.
It's 6am and I am leaving for work. I know we had a long weekend last weekend, but all of summer should be 3 day weekends. Last night wizard of oz was on TV and L liked it. Not scared. And since we spent 2 hours at the splash pad and then she helped wash the car - I didn't feel bad about such a long movie.
Ds1 woke up with a dry diaper this morning and went right to the potty. Small victories! I don't know what I'll be doing with my day. Just another Monday is right. Lol.

L has a new word, "no", and it is both hilariously adorable and super frustrating. Everything is "no!" right now. He doesn't know "yes" yet so he's not really using it correctly but man, is he emphatic when he says it. And when he says it he makes this pouty face with his lips and it just cracks me up. My baby is becoming such a toddler!
DH and I went to a wedding last night, and our friends that babysat didn't manage to get DS to sleep. He was up 2.5 hours past his bedtime. He woke up 37 minutes later than usual I fear for this day.
DD, however, went to sleep on time and is still sleeping almost an hour and a half later. They must have tired her out!
Day 3 of PTing, so we're stuck at home for the 3rd day in a row. Normally the 3 of us are always on the go, so DS is going stir crazy being at home so long. He asks me repeatedly "what we doin' today?" When I say we're staying home, he sighs and says "oh...okay."
I was really trying to avoid having to go out today, but we have literally no toilet paper in our house. Both H and I thought the other one got it. we will be going to target very early.
Well I think I've seen it all. There's a coupon in the news paper for butterfly body liners Which 'adhere comfortably and discreetly inbetween the buttocks'. What?

We are going to my parent's house for lunch. The rest if the day we are just hanging out at home. My husband has this whole list of things he wants to do, but I just feel like being lazy.
First day at home with both kids. We are all still alive, DH has been gone just slightly over an hour, lol!
Trying to decide what we are going to do today. Part of me wants to just sit our asses at home, part of me thinks I will go insane if we don't do SOMETHING. Plus I haven't had a coffee. That's just won't do.
MIL bought DD a romper and it is SO cute. Now I want to buy all rompers. ALL.THE.ROMPERS.

DD slept until 9:30 Saturday and Sunday! We were on top of the world until she refused to nap yesterday. I'll get her up at 8 today even though she's spending the day at grandma's.
DH said he's installing the screen door on the back door today! Though I should know better than to get my hopes up since we bought it 3 years ago and it's been sitting in the spare room ever since...
Just made a pancake breakfast for my people. Now DH is cleaning the kitchen and I'm brainstorming my plans for the day. I'm thinking I should do some newborn sized laundry and clean the baby containment covers - rnp, swing, car seat, etc.
After reading Goodnight Moon for probably the tenth time this weekend, I just realized that the book says goodnight to everything except the telephone. Why goodnight nobody when the telephone gets left out? Sigh. It looks like DD is starting to "read" more books by herself (flipping through the pages), which is nice because she's been asking to read so much lately.
The OB who delivered DS just stopped by to check me before discharging us. We were taking about my tear, and she said that it was the worst tear she's seen in years. Awesome? I win something, right? Like all the booze in the world?
DS got up and we had to tour the entire house for 20 minutes touching everything. Then he pulled out a graham crawled on the couch, pointed to the TV. I turned it on and he proceeded to giggle at Wild Kratt's for the next 10 minutes. Kid is getting smart.
We were going to take the kids fishing today but it's raining. We might go anyways. If it's not pouring cloudy is actually great at the lake.
We also need to go to the cemetery at some points and I'm pretty much dreading that. We also need to explain to DD about her sister as well. She's getting old enough and after the events of last week she's starting to catch on.

I'm so exhausted. All I can think about is just leaving everything and running away for a while. DH just put DS1 in front of the TV and took the sick non napping baby from me so maybe I can get some rest now.
My inlaws are leaving around noon. We are probably going to go to Millenium Park after they go. Cousin and his wide are coming over to BBQ late tonight.
I woke up with an extremely sore throat that feels like strep. Both boys are so congested. I think the baby and I also have some mild thrush going on.

She did say that she thinks it will heal fine.
There's a joke on our local board about being a "vagina legend". Maybe you can appropriate that?
My two year old was up bright and early at 5AM. WTAF. She has recently decided naps are for suckers, too, and has bene waking up multiple times at night. Again, WTAF.
