I'm pretty sure it was a Carter's elephant print NB sleeper. But he peed through that shortly after we put it on, so he went home in option 2, which was a Carter's monkey print NB sleeper.
Moral of the story: always bring an extra going home outfit.

I literally don't remember what my boys wore home. Most likely Carters onesies.
I know my mom has saved the outfit my sister wore home and I think it's a pretty ugly 80's baby outfit. But I might put DD in it just because my mom would love it and I don't really care, lol.
The girls I think were both carters outfits, one was a pants and onsie thing and then dd2 had a fleece sleeper from carters. For ds I have packed a carters romper thing incase its really hot like it might be depending on when he decides to show up in the next week, or I have a thin footed pajama thing to put him in (also carters)- both outfits that were hand-me downs from a friend.

Carters gown and hat. He was smaller than we thought he'd be so the cute monogrammed outfit my sister gave me didn't fit, then he outgrew it before he ever wore it
Carter's. I bought it at Kohl's in a fit of pique because I couldn't find anything better. Now I have a local baby boutique in mind for next time that sells really nice sleepers (and Tea and Mud Pie for older kids).

Oh, and I'm bringing both sizes next time. I had to stuff poor DD into the NB thing we brought and my sister had to have me bring something 0-3 because her kid didn't fit into their NB outfit.
I really want a one piece sweater type of thing. I hope I find something from London or Paris. I will frame it after so at least it will get double duty for the $$$.
I had a cute little sleeper from Baby Gap, but it was 0-3, and she was 3 weeks early and 6lbs 13oz, so she wore the only newborn thing I had that wasn't a hand me down home from the hospital. It was from Zulily. I think it was Vitamins Baby.
