After our morning watching the cars, L walked most of the way home. He easily walked over a km today. Luckily there is a paved path to/from downtown out of the way of cars so he could just go to town. He loved it!
This morning I noticed that DS' Thomas spoon was missing from the drawer. The last time he used it was Sunday dinner, and I took out the kitchen garbage on Monday night. I debated for a couple minutes, then went out to the garage and rooted through the trash to look for it. Thankfully it was near the top.
I sent DD to daycare today so I have the whole day to myself. I need it to get ready for our trip tomorrow but while I love having the summers off with DD, it's nice for one day to be able to get stuff done. I'm currently grocery shopping with no interruptions and am taking my sweet time. Ahhhhh
Very anticlimactic 39 week appointment. Just told me not to lay around (which is all I've been doing since Monday). Said I was in a lot of discomfort due to suspected hemroid and she said to get Tucks pads. I lost 5 pounds since Thursday. Won't induce until July 9. FML
I am 24w with an anterior placenta. I have felt baby girl a lot less the past twelve hours even after drinking juice. Call or crazy?
P also had an anterior placenta. I didn't feel regular, reliable movement until 26-28 weeks. I'd feel her before that, but if she'd shift at all I'd feel very little for a day or 2.

I'm sorry you're still hurting. However, it if makes you feel any better, awesome people are born on July 9 (myself included )

I was visiting family yesterday and my cousin (who has an almost 1 year old) mentioned that her daughter "gets sugar more than anything! She gives her chocolate all the time." But she doesn't vaccinate because SCARY!!!!!!!!!!

I am 29 weeks today and have my first appointment since I was released to go back to work. Hoping my cervix is still closed and I don't get put on home bedrest again!

I have my car back from being in the body shop for 3 weeks!!! I didn't realized how much I missed it! It's so clean and shinny and they detailed the inside and made it smell like a new car again. It drives do smoothly compared to the 16 year old SUV we've been borrowing from the ILs.
I'm glad my kids are going to visit their cousins in STL for a week with my mom but bummed at the same time because I will have to do all of their chores while they're gone.
holly116 my pool window just got bumped to 12-5 again. I am so annoyed. If I were working and had to miss this much time I'd be furious. So much for first thing this morning.
DD1 and I are watching monsters inc. going to do my grocery shopping online instead of going to the store like I planned.
I'm annoyed DH goes to the gym every day right at noon so I can't just go and run errands without worrying about getting the car back to him. I'm also annoyed at staying home all week and not having a baby yet, and now feeling guilty about how much money this week costs. Thanks Obama.
Poll: if your husband posted a picture of your child and then your MIL later posts the same picture (not share but actually posts it as one of her own even though she was not with you when the picture was taken, without tagging him or you) would you be annoyed? Or am I just 39 weeks pregnant and hangry?

Not at all. I am not sure what about this is annoying? That she is taking credit for the picture?

Boo. Cable guy was here at 10:30. I literally handed him the power supply cord and he got a new one from his truck. Stupid.
I'm jealous of your online grocery shopping. Kroger is based here and yet still, no online or pick up services at all.
The baby was being quite contrary so he had a morning nap and just woke up. We're finishing lunch now and heading to the zoo for a bit. Must get out of house, especially if I've already burned trough nap time for the day.

I guess it's just a little BEC because she barely takes an interest in him or his soon to be born brother, never visits, and now she's posting his picture like she took it or was in our house.
