Haven't yet at 7 months. We were going to last week for our anniversary, but canceled because my parents have had a few spectacular failures to get DD to go down for the night. But then they finally succeeded when they had her for the evening of our anniversary... So hopefully it will happen very soon now.
I ended up with back to back trips totally a week where I'll be home for 12 hours in the middle upcoming when DS will be 6.5 months. He'll be with DH though.

One night at 7 months for a wedding. Then we had another wedding at 14 months. Nothing really came up between those two. We've left him for several one nighters now at 16 months.
Well over two with DS1 when I left him with DH overnight and well over four before we both left him. This wasn't so much that I didn't want to leave him as DH works nights so I have a hard time going anywhere without getting my mom to come stay overnight.
I haven't left DS2 overnight yet.
DH left DS1 overnight with me after 1 week and I always wonder if he even second guesses that like I often see moms do.
DS was 20 months. Waaaay too late IMHO, but he was the world's shittiest sleeper, and I didn't want to submit my elderly parents (his babysitter) to that. So he didn't stay overnight with them until after he successfully STed.
DD is 3 months and I'm not leaving her anytime soon. She is a fantastic STTN sleeper, I'm going to keep going with her current routine and not wreck anything.
I waited until I was done nursing both. DH and I took a long weekend away when each of our boys hit 15 months. For any work travel before they were done nursing, I brought the kids and either DH or my mom came with me.
DH and I try to do one trip away without them each year.
4.5 months I had a work trip and left him with DH. Now at 7 months we haven't left him with anyone else. He still wakes every 2-3 hrs at night so I don't feel comfortable subjecting anyone else to that.
10 months. I wasn't ready before then and felt bad about leaving my perpetually angry baby with anyone for more than a few hours. Once she started crawling she mellowed out some and we left her with MIL for four glorious nights. Now it's a yearly tradition.
