I've been up and on the road since 5am. I'm hoping we get home early enough from our day trip that I can get a quick workout in before we go to a graduation party.
I'm up. One if my besties and I are visiting our former college roommate in Charleston. Although we are all very H&F minded (and friends is a barre instructor), we're heading to the farmers market and the beach today. Rest day for me- with the exception of walking we'll do tonight in downtown.
I'm up. Enjoying coffee now. Nothing planned all weekend except some lesson plans, run tomorrow and some of my virtual assistant part time job work. Ahhhhhh nice easy nothing weekend!!!! Right now I'm being LAZY. after running 48 miles last week, I'm tired lol so I'm taking the morning off

I am! My mountain bike race was supposed to be today, but strong thunderstorms are forecast for later today. They rescheduled it for tomorrow; where the trail is located is about to get hammered with rain if the radar is correct. The trail will be wet, but the weather is supposed to be really nice.
I just ate breakfast and in a while will look at the radar to determine what short ride I'm going to do today (trainer/road).
I'm doing 5 today, but I'm actually doing it on the treadmill. Ugh. It'll be boring as crap but I think I need a run where I may actually be able to run a decent pace without feeling like I'm going to pass out!

Okay, I lied. I did 2.6 on the stupid thing and had to stop before my head exploded of boredom. Now I'm biking for 15 minutes and am calling it good. Ugh, failure, party of me.

So I went to a spin class at one of the other gyms. It was...not my style.
So many of the bike moves were so unsafe (like "take all that tension off and go as fast as you can!") I feel like I *should* say something, but the instructors at this branch have been here forever and it's more likely it will paint me in a bad light (as if I'm just upset my Saturday class got canned.)
I left when the instructors boob flew out of her top during one of the back-wrenching side-to-side moves.

I took the kids to a craft workshop this morning. About to hop on the elliptical while DS naps.
Here's where we stand in the Koi pond. DH is working on building the outer wall now. He decided he doesn't have the right stones for where the waterfall portion will be (upper right under the Japanese maple), so he wants me to come to the landscaping store to help him pick some out. Good grief.
I'm up, I don't know what I want to do for a workout. They are doing parter carries at CF today, and I'm not interested in having someone carry me. So, maybe a beach walk?
That does not sound like fun. Body weight exercises should be limited to my own body weight. Beach walk for the win!
Wambam caffeine watch 2015 day #2. Still have a headache, but not as bad as yesterday. People at the gym said I look tired but I don't feel quite as bad.
Got up at 5 to meet a group for a long trail run. Unfortunately, I was supposed to be leading them through a preview of a race course, and got us a little lost. Whoops! We persevered, though. Went longer with a friend down and back up this epic hill, for which I am giving myself kudos on Strava. Made it 15 total, and I feel like I'm on an endorphin high!
