I NEVER work out, which is terrible. I do take the stairs everywhere in my office. But I'm having a hard time figuring out when I can squeeze it in w/ my work schedule...especially since I really love a good Yoga class, which is generally an hour+ long.
I am up at 6 and out of the house at 7:15/7:30. Nonstop days filled w/ meetings so mid-day workouts aren't feasible. I leave to get DS at 5:30 or 5:45 at the latest and am home by 6:15. Make dinner, clean up, then DS is off to bed at 8pm and them I'm off to bed at about 10. Usually between 8 and 10 I'm cleaning, doing laundry, or vegging on the couch a bit GBCN-ing.
I'm up at 5 and out the door at 6. I do daycare and school drop off. DH does pick up. I go to the gym right after work 3x/wk. I get home between 7 and 7:30 and get dinner ready. I try to do crockpot meals those days. When DH goes on call next week I'll pick up the kids and head to the gym for the 6:30 class. I can't miss workouts for a whole week while DH is on call so I have to drag them with me. Sometimes I run with the jogging stroller on my non-gym days.

When do you fit it in?
Is your H available to do pickup or the dinner routine while you workout?
I used to do lunch workouts (pre-pg but now I eat out at lunch). So now 3 days a week I workout once me and Noah get home from daycare at 515ish. I go to the garage and do youtube videos and my H will feed Noah dinner/hang out with him.
1-2x a week I'll go out and power walk the neighborhood or go to the gym to workout.
I'm out of the house by 8/830am, home by 430/530pm and Noah goes to bed about 8/830.
He can't do pick up (DS' daycare is literally on the ground floor of my office, which is 30 minutes away w/ out traffic). However he can occasionally be on point for making dinner if it's easy and I might be able to squeeze in a decent walk w. DS while he does that...that's a good starting point maybe.
I've been working out on my lunch break. I have a pretty flexible office though, so I can afford to take a little extra time. And we have showers in our building. If it weren't for that, there's no way I would work out.
I had been working out 3x a week during lunch, and then another 1-2x immediately after work.
Lunchtime workouts aren't an option anymore, and I kind of fell off the exercise wagon this past month. My plan going forward is taking classes right after work 2-3x a week, and doing a doubleheader first thing on Saturday mornings.
Before work at the gym in my office building. DH does all drop offs and we share pick ups so this works best. I am out of the house by 5:45am to get to the gym by 6:15am.

I can't find the time either. I can't believe I used to be a marathoner. I'm loling at ppl saying they just get up at 5 or 5:30. I'd have to get up at 4 bc I have nearly an hour commute and have to be at work at 730. I have no lunch break and get give at 430 on a good day ... and that is the first time all day I get to see my child. I guess I could do an 8pm workout after he goes to bed but working out on a full stomach seems less than ideal.

I'm really not sure how to fit it in. I am out the door to go to work by 6 AM. The evening routine is all on me - DH doesn't get home until after DS is in bed. I go to bed early since I wake up so early.
I guess I need to start fitting it in on weekends.
Pretty much never. But I find that I can usually motivate myself once or twice a week to work out directly after I put DS to bed at 8. I do a workout DVD or use the treadmill in our basement. Working out in the eveningin usually involves ignoring something around the house that needs to be done or sacrificing any lazy time that evening.

I work out before work 3-4 days per week (at 4:45 a.m., at gym at 5 a.m.). I had the trainer set me up with a treadmill/kettlebell routine that has me done in 30 minutes. I have to leave my house before 7 a.m. I try to fit in 1-2 other workouts at home or using gym childcare, too.

I don't work out heavily on account of a back injury from a car accident, but I do have to do yoga to keep stretched and flexible or else my injury is debilitating. I come home and do a 15-20 min yoga work out on you tube, depending on how much time I have. It's a great stretch, I really feel it, but it isn't going to make me lose tons of weight at that amount of time. It's justnfor better health and to help my injured back.
I don't know how old your child(ren) are, but mine are 16 and 5 and 5 so I just do it with them playing, sometimes the little ones will "do yoga" with me other times they play.
It's not perfect but better than nothing. Good luck I wish it were easier to find time for ourselves.
I'm getting up at 6 am to run. This works because it's summer and my work load is light. When we buy a bigger house, I'd really love to have a treadmill so that I can run after dark or when I'm alone while M is sleeping. Otherwise, I haven't figured out how to work out during the school year.
Most often during my lunch break. But some days if I'm just too busy my work out consists of taking all 3 in the triple stroller for a brisk long walk after work. Or more rarely after the kids are in bed.
I work 7 to 330 so working out in the morning just isn't going to happen. I'm not a morning person and I'm already up so early that I'm not going to get up even earlier to work out.

I do really really quick workouts with the idea that it's better than nothing. Either 2 mile walk/jog before going to work, a 25 minute gym workout before doing daycare pickup, or a 10 minute you tube video after DS goes to bed.
This weekend I went to the gym during DSs nap and it was enjoyable.
We have the same issue. We either get up at 4:30 to go workout before work or go after the kids are in bed, around 9. I'm surprised to find that I prefer to get up early than to go late. It sucks either way though!

I do Aqua Boot Camp once a week on Saturday mornings. That's about it. When our basement is finished, H is putting in a Home gym and we will have a treadmill and some other stuff set up but for now its nothing. H travels during the weeks and we've had lots of afternoon thunderstorms that put an end to an evening walk with the baby.
My biggest issues is childcare with My husband gone and unpredictable about returning.
I work 4 10 hour days so twice a week I'm up at 4:15, do daycare drop off and at work at 7 am. I go directly to Crossfit from work at 5:30 and usually get home around 7. My husband feeds our daughter and gets her ready for bed on those days. The other 2 days I work out on my days off are a jog using the bob and sometimes I get to lift at our home gym.
