Yes, I just told him the other day. I used to weigh more than him but now I think I finally weigh less. It bothered me, but it never bothered him and he didn't believe me when I said that over the course of our relationship I've gained and lost 40 lbs. He's awesome.
DH knows because I'm doing a 90-day challenge where I weigh in/take measurements every 15 days and he takes my measurements and I tell him my weight, if it went up or down, etc.
He honestly could not care less what the number was.

He doesn't. When we were at the fertility doctor the other week, the doctor needed to know my weight. I looked at the doctor like, there's no way I'm saying that number out loud! So he passed me a slip of paper and I wrote it down and slid it back over the desk to him. Doctor is all "100lbs is nothing!" (Note: I don't weigh 100lbs.) If he had to guess he would guess wrong by about 20lbs. That being said, he wouldn't care in the slightest what the scale said. Most men really don't care about weight and numbers.
I think he does. It's not information I try to hide, and when I gain a few pounds I talk about it openly. We're pretty close to the same size but he weighs a little more because he has more muscle mass. I think he could easily estimate my weight based on that.
THe water park here weighs you, and it's not hidden. :/
I was with sil on a line at 6 flags adventure when they asked her how much she weighed. She said 180 when she weighed 230 and they called her bluff and brought out a scale. Everyone on line was watching. We left and actually got a partial reimbursement.
I just asked him. He had that "IT'S A TRAP!" look in his eyes, but he answered "110." When I gave him a "get serious" look, he guessed to within 3 lbs of my actual weight.

I feel that we are in very similar situations, except I still need to lose the 40lbs. I've never told H my weight, although I think he might have overheard it when we checked into L&D.
Yes, he knows. I updated him on my weight gain with every doctor's appointment during my pregnancy. I have no problem with him knowing. I'm comfortable with my weight though, so maybe that makes a difference.

Yes he's always known. I get on my scale daily and like to talk about being in range. When I'm not in range, I don't want to talk about it at all. DH has never struggled with his weight.
