Dh and I both sleep with them in and on our nightstands. We are both on call so our works call our cell phones. Otherwise, I would at least turn mine off.
Nope. It moved to the living room when ds was born since I'd be out there with him in the wee hours, and I love not having it in the bedroom, so there it has stayed!

Yes it's on my nightstand charging. It's my alarm clock and we don't have a landline so I like it close. I have it set for Do Not Disturb so I don't hear any notifications from 10-6 or something like that.
It also functions as my alarm, so my phone stays on my nightstand. I do have quiet hours set since my sister works nights and will often text me while she's on break.
The outlet is above my bed so more often than not, it is under my pillow charging.
I really have no basis other than a few news stories but I am pretty sure this is a bad idea. I don't think you want to sleep with it under your head all night. Your phone is definitely connecting and searching for signals.
It's on my nightstand. One of the partners at my firm told me he sleeps with it on vibrate on his chest; he's NEVER without it. I would kill him if I was his wife.
