I was trying to hold off on testing until Friday, but I got antsy and tested last night and got a BFP.
If you know me IRL, please keep quiet about this - my new OB will not see me until 10 weeks and I won't get an u/s until 12 weeks for the NT scan, so I'm going to keep quiet with most people until I get confirmation that everything is on track. But I'm going to need someplace to whine about "morning" sickness and discuss 3-across car seats before then!
Congrats! I'm really hoping the wacky indegogo booster will let me do three across in my Civic (but no more babies for me!).
I'm due a little less than a month before DS's 5th birthday. I wouldn't mind upgrading to a Pathfinder or Pilot to get a 3rd row, but DH really likes his truck and I'm not keen on buying 2 new cars this year, so I've got to figure out a way to get 3 across in his Frontier. I'm really hoping we can make a booster for DS, current convertible for DD (or a Radian, if I have to... but gag on those prices), and a new infant seat for the baby. Good news is that companies are finally paying attention to the width of seats, so I have hope that it will be possible.
4/12/16 is an AWESOME birthdate for a math geek like me, too. I'll be tickled pink if he/she shows up on time - I was 6 days overdue with #2 and that was torture!
So excited for you AmyRI! I didn't realize you guys had decided to go for #3! Woohoo!
Thank you! The decision was only made a month ago. DH got a big raise at work which took a potential job change and possible move off the table, and my job has gotten better so I'm going to stay put for now as well. With those big stresses off our plates, we decided to just go for it because it's what we both want but had talked ourselves out of for a while.
This was our first cycle trying I've only posted about it in a few of the TTC check-ins so I don't think most people knew we were TTC.

First, congrats!
Second, my goal this week is to figure out our car seat situation and hopefully get 3 across in our Ford Flex (even though we have a 3rd row) and I'll let you know how it goes and what car seats we end up with.
