OMG. Nama, I can't believe you are still pregnant!!! Hugs!!
It worked...I cashed in $440 worth of PC points for Best Buy gift cards...got $450 in cards, so paid $10! If it all works out we will get a 40 inch Toshiba LED TV and a Phillips virtual surround sound bar and subwoofer for $125 after taxes. Not bad!! I feel weird that we will have 3 TVs in our house. Seems ridiculous.
I need to do some research tonight to decide if we want to go Apple TV again or Roku or something else.
I love days when I feel productive. H is up the street helping the neighbor build something and the boys are both with him, so I was able to do the dishes and vacuum the house while they're gone. Thinking about making some banana bread too!
I came home with a box of sugary cereal that a coworker have me a sample of and C asked for some. Sugar Smacks are a good dinner for a 2yo, right? #moty
Lol. You talk like you are 42 weeks or something. Are the contractions completely gone?
I know it sounds crazy!
Several times a day the contractions will be 1min long & 4-5 minutes apart for an hour or so but not painful. I've also got a lot of cramping and pressure (station 0).
Oh, and I did dinner, bath and bed BY MYSELF tonight, DH is at the gym. I didn't die. I am super proud of myself. Mostly I got lucky because DS napped for most of it. I just had to do the tail end of bath with him on the floor and then get her dressed and in bed. She took 30 min to settle but is out now. He is swaddled in my arms, almost out and dinner is in the oven. I CAN DO THIS!!
Ha, rugbywife we have three tvs inside plus one in the garage. All have cable. It is slightly ridiculous.
Currently the two existing ones (basement family room and our bedroom) have cable but we are going to get rid of cable in January so I figure there is no point in hooking this one up to it. We are going to learn how to live off Netflix, Crave and an HD antennae. I have to learn to live without my DVR.

If H gets a new job we'll need to cut cable too. So far it's the one luxury expense we haven't cut while paying off debt. I think I'd be more ok than H would.

I've been stalking the brick seek website to get the target Magnatiles deal at 50% off. So they finally went down today but only at TRgets super far away. So DH went to a Target 20 miles away and they were still 55.98.

I'm away on business and getting a much needed pedicure. I got upgraded to a jacuzzi room at my hotel but I can't decide if I will take advantage or go to bed early. FWP right here.

I imagine I will be less ok with it when the regular season is in full swing - it is easy to say cut it now when nothing is on!
I took the boys shoe shopping today. I tried to steer them to the low key Vans or Converse or even plain Nikes. Nope. Only the gaudy, super hero, light up Sketchers would do. Oh well. If they're happy, I'm happy lol
what on earth. I get that being 64 and diabetic means that you don't have a great immune system, but I swear she has something going on more often than not
And note that on the days with "nothing going on" still means "sporadic shooting nerve pain". blerg.
On the plus side, she was in good enough shape on Monday to bake some banana bread muffins. They are yummy.

It's our 9th wedding anniversary. DD1 and I were looking at wedding photos today (including a photo of a table where I had my parents and ILs wedding photo displayed) and she told me my MIL looked prettier at her wedding than I did at mine.

My friend had her first baby 3 weeks ago. She just posted an article on FB about the amazing ness of breast milk. Interesting read. And maybe I'm being sensitive to my own failures but I don't like this line:
"But breast-feeding is more than being a good mom"

Some girls came around to try and sell the ATT cable. They asked how many TVs we had hooked up to cable. Evidently our 6 was the most in the neighborhood.
Though the one that was in the baby's room (former guest room #2) is now gone at least, ha!
This just happened...DD3 locked DD4 in the bathroom in the basement. DD4 she put on a shelf so she couldn't open it from the inside. $500 down the tubes...fuck me. DH is out of town of course.
H is out of town. Normally it's not so bad, but tonight was... Hard. Lots of tears. DS is still awake, saying over and over again "I want some milk. I want some mommy I want some." But I told him no like 80 times so I know I can't give in now.

I think I'm going to bite the bullet on outfits for our family pictures tonight. I really want my son to have a puffy vest but I know how impractical it is.
