DS1: DH was out of town for work for at least a month so I had to tell him over the phone. It was very dramatic, he didn't believe me.
DS2: I stuck the test in his face at 5:00 in the morning since I tested before I left for the gym. He called me later in the day and asking if I stuck a pregnancy test in his face this morning!

1.(Miscarriage) Told DH there was a girl on my forum who was asking for opinions on her pregnancy test. I asked DH if he could see a line on the photo. He said yes then asked who it was. I let him know it was mine. We hugged on the couch, shed a tear (by that time it had been 3 years ttc).
2. (Miscarriage) Nothing special. Scared of a miscarriage.
3. (Miscarriage) Peed on a stick and had him with me.
4. (Miscarriage) IUI#1 logged onto my patient portal at work. Ran to my husbands desk with the printout containing my beta results. We made it to 9 weeks before we lost her.
5. (DD) IUI#3 same as #4
6. (Current pregnancy) IUI#4 same as above
After our first miscarriage it really took away any joy I had in making a cute announcement to him. Plus the only thing on my mind after each subsequent BFP was complete fear of loosing another one.
Anna - ordered a knitted football hat from Etsy and wrapped it with a note Sam - I put Anna in a big sister shirt #3 - just found out this morning and walked out of the bathroom holding a pee stick with my mouth hanging open
wait. did you just sneak an announcement in here?! Congratulations!

I was getting up early to go to the gym and my temp spiked unexpectedly. It was our first month TTC, but I'd been temping to TTA for a few months so that was weird.
Took the test, got a BFP (started crying) and went in to get my H:
Me: I think there's a line. H: (waking up from a SOUND sleep) Huh? Me: A line, I think there's a line.
He grumbles, gets out of bed and looks at the Wondfo, then tells me that we should get a FRER to confirm. He didn't use that terminology, but he wanted me to confirm with another test.

It was the morning of her beta for IVF #3. She had wanted to wait, but then decided to test so she could be prepared for the news. But we only had expired Wondfos. She peed on it and asked me to read it. I was like "Uh honey, it's positive." and she started sobbing in the bathroom. Then about three minutes later we were like, uh, maybe you should take one that's not expired. I managed to find a test that was less expired, and it was positive. So we walked to CVS together and bought a FRER and that was positive too. So we called my mom to tell her, then went for the beta.
I was traveling, tested with a Wondfo at the hotel and only because my RE had told me to test on that day. The faintest of lines showed up. So I stopped at a Target on my way home for a FRER because I knew H would not believe the barely there Wondfo. That evening, I gave H a gift bag with a romper in it that I had bought at the beginning of TTC. He had no idea that it was a piece of infant clothing and did not make the connection, lol. In his defense, he already thought we were out that cycle.

We never had a climatic "I'm pregnant!" Moment. My IVF protocol had HCG boosters on the day of ER and ET. We had done all the kinetics to see when the trigger would be definitely out, but my tests never went to negative. The problem was that as they dried they would get much darker, so when comparing one morning's fresh test to the previous day, it looked lighter and that my trigger was still hanging around and slow to leave. We had two days of similar color lines, then finally he saw one that was darker than he day before (I had taken it early and gone back to bed, he noticed it when he got home from the gym). Several more days later we "called it" but still waited for beta. I just called him after the beta.
DH had gotten up super early to go hunting one Sunday morning. I woke up a few hours later, and remembered I had a super weird dream that my mom came back from the vacation they were on and told me she was pregnant. My period wasn't due for a couple more days, but I tested on a wondfo. The line was super faint, I called my best friend and woke her up and told her to get her ass over to my house because I needed a second set of eyes. We were comparing my test to pictures online when DH walked in, and I said "I think I'm pregnant!" He got really excited for a second then was like "are you sure?" because he didn't want to get too excited if it wasn't anything.
I couldn't get a positive test again until the next morning (FMU), and even for a couple days after that it was super faint. I even had to go to Urgent Care one afternoon for a bladder infection, and I was like, FYI I'm pregnant, and they tested my urine and were like "sorry, you're not." I had downed a TON of cranberry juice before my appointment so my pee was super diluted.
He came home and said he had good news, I said me too but you go first. He got largest raise of his segment, told him good timing and showed him a pic of the stick. He didn't believe that a faint line was a good line and we went and bought a box of tests. Then we went to watch the minions movie lol.
1st Pregnancy (miscarriage) - We were renting a beachhouse and leaving that next day. Friends had started to ask if they could come by the beach house because it was a nice location. DH was getting pissed that it was turning into this huge thing. I had POAS earlier that day. When he got home, I'm like, "So, looks like we have another one tagging along on our little vacation" He was all pissy like, WHO NOW?! So he was shocked when I explained I was pregnant. And also sad not to drink on the beach.
2nd Pregnancy (DS) - It was Valentine's Day. (And just 3 days after my due date for the miscarriage) I had POAS in the morning. When he got home, I had a Vday card for Daddy. He was a little confused, but cautiously excited.
3rd Pregnancy (current) - I had been spotting earlier in the week, thinking my period was starting, but nothing happened. Peed on stick a few days later. Didn't believe it. Asked MMM. MMM was all, DUH THAT'S A LINE. Went to DH and was like, "Remember when my boss told my department no more maternity leaves during Year End??? Well, she's gonna be pissed". We had a good laugh. Then looked at DS who was in the middle of a tantrum and was like, 'FUCKKKKK remember last time when we had no idea what was in the future and were excited? WHAT DID WE DO?!!'
I took the test in the morning on a Saturday because we were going out that night and I wanted to be sure. He was gone all day at a shoot so I sort of wandered around in a daze.
I put together a little bag to give him when he got home.
He was shocked and happy. We went out that night to a Halloween party.

#1 (m/c) - "OMG tell me you see a second line and that I'm not completely crazy?!?!"
#2 - DH was sleeping. I went downstairs and ordered a few books off Amazon (WTEWYE and stuff like that). Told him when he woke up.
#3 - after 2 long years of TTTC, I ran down the stairs screaming and shaking "HOLY CRAP I'M PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" DS was with his grandparents at the lake (they left the night before) so I didn't have to worry about him knowing. Although I didn't realize all the windows downstairs were open so my neighbors probably heard. Oooops!

DD - we had been trying for 16 months, and my like-clockwork period was a week late (yes, I waited to test, because I had so many months of disappointment before that). He was working night shift back then, and I woke up early REALLY having to pee. Of course he tells me he's running late that day! The minute I heard his key in the door I JUMPED out of bed so I could pee. He knew I was testing so he quickly said hi then sat in the living room while I stood over the stick. I set the timer but didn't take my eyes off it until "Pregnant" popped up rather quickly! I walked into the living room, shaking like a leaf and in a cold sweat and just said, "well, I'm pregnant." He grinned, hugged, me, and said, "why are you sweating?" LOL
This pregnancy - we were not trying yet because we were supposed to go on a family cruise in January. However, we also weren't really being careful because it took so long the first time. My H was now working 2nd shift and I was three days late. He asked me to test that night, so I did, which happened to be in the middle of one of DD's most epic tantrums to date. It came up positive at the tail end of the three minutes, so I started crying and called him up. He said, "Oh...ok then." LOL. He was happy when he came home that night, but it was so unexpected - and now we aren't going on the family cruise because of it (which is fine).
