Yepyepyep. My mileage will be pretty low this winter, but I'm shooting for 3x/week weights and 3x/week running. I need an extra push to get on the dreadmill when it is insanely cold/windy outside. My goal is to stop gaining weight. Baby steps?

I think 2 is my favorite option. However, can there be some sort of weighting for run versus bike versus swim? I mean, if we set it as straight distance only, serious cyclists would be the only ones in contention. Or would it be by discipline?
