Finally went to urgent care today. Have been waiting an hour. Maybe I should finally get around to getting a PCP. Or maybe my ENT could have helped me?
I leave at 7:30 pm for my weekend away with the girls. It's going to be AMAZING. We're going to a friend's cabin. No kids. No husbands. Much wine. Sleeping until we wake up on our OWN. I'm excited.

We met with builder this morning - I am totally on board with adding on. H isn't sure. F*ck. I dont' want to live in limbo forever. I just don't think I want to move but H isn't certain. I wish he would just see this as a 5-10 year plan but he keeps talking FOOOOORRREVVVER.
Ahh, I survived the interview! They changed up the questions sort of significantly from when I interviewed for the same position in May. I felt good on a few and like I really didn't give them what they were looking for on a few. I honestly went into the process not expecting to get the job and feel even more confident that I won't after the interview, but whatever. Practice is good for future opportunities and now my resume is up to date if any other options come up following my maternity leave. I was SO hot at the end of the interview and all I wanted was for it to be over so I could take off my ill fitting blazer.
Now I get to go eat delicious food and have people give my poor, neglected second child gifts (since I haven't bought a single thing for this baby yet).
I just confused @vicmo's husband with niq on FB and almost asked him why he wasn't at work.
You've creeped out my H, lol. Although niq and Mr. Vicmo were both on a bus today.
Yes, that led to the confusion. First BabyNiq was waiting for a bus and then there was talk of donuts and I was like "yo bum, go to work." LOL don't mind me.
You know it's cold & flu season when every other post is should I take my kid to the doctor/urgent care Lol
My dad is with ds today and I love him but hes a little clueless for a dad/grandpa of 3 kids and 3 grandkids. I asked if G had diarrhea and his response was oh uhm maybe Idk I didn't look at his diaper I just folded it up lol. Also asked about his cough and he said Idk kinda barky like this morning (it wasn't barky this morning). Oh well free sick childcare!
My mom booked a photographer to do family photos when we are all together for Christmas. There will be 19 of us in black tops and khaki pants. My husband and DS2 have khaki pants. I might have a black shirt. Ugh, I don't want to buy all this stuff to look dated before it even starts.

My girlfriends and I are planning on doing this when Gilmore Girls comes out with their new season on Netflix. My parents have a cabin 2 hours away and we are going to go without kids or husbands and binge watch netflix, drink wine and sleep so much! I mean, it's still well over a year away, but I'm excited!

noooooo! You can still stop this. Show her what it could be instead of the horror it is bound to become.
Today in "random thing that make your toddler lose it": V keeps dropping his pacifier out of his crib. But he drops it in places that are hard to reach. The last two mornings, when we go get him, he insists that we move his crib so that he can reach it all by himself. If I say "no, it's too heavy"? Cue sobfest.
Thankfully the promise of banana, pouch, and riding the bus to school perked him up. [/url ]IMG_20151113_071726482 by niq, on Flickr
one of our/msniq's friends turns 30 today, and while I am tempted by a Katy Perry vs Taylor Swift mashup battle, the dancing doesn't start until 9. we'd be falling asleep on our feet lol.
DH is currently going to a year long military school. There was a lecture today by some General so all the students had to wear their dressier uniforms and I love seeing them all walk by (we live right near the school) Dh was still getting ready when I left this morning but I love seeing him in that uniform.
