Is Target planning on honoring their Cyber Monday discounts today or into the week, to make up for their online derpiness? It would be a smart move, PR-wise, but they also don't seem to give any fucks about their public image at this point.

OMG, I got texts in 30 minutes that my orders were ready! I made two because it would only let me get 3 cans of my favorite shaving cream at a time. I feel like doing one more. LOL.

The message on their customer service line says they won't honor the 15%.

I finally got through to Target CS and my price match is not what it would have been had I been able to get through yesterday.  I got a buy two get one free item but they applied the discount to one of the games I paid full price to so I got that game for less according to them supposedly but I didn't.  I am not in the mood to argue though so I'll take my measly $8 or $9.

I think outsourcing technology and call center jobs is not a good thing for the US. Also while it pays fairly well for Indians they frequently work long hours and work during their night to help the north Americans during their day. That is quite unhealthy in the long run.

I'm just now tonight fucking annoyed with them for the millionth time for something I ordered during their 40% off sale awhile ago. Half my order arrived tonight and I realized the other stuff hasn't even shipped yet, and no shipping date available. I need to just stop ordering from their website altogether. I have issues with them 50% of the time when I do, at this point I AM the fool.

They just responded to my complaint from Monday and offered me a $10 coupon. LOfuckinL. I replied back and asked if they would just honor Monday's prices instead. I'm awaiting a response.

Oh, I also noticed that a bunch of items that were unavailable for shipping and/or store pick-up on Monday were magically available again on Tuesday. Target sucks, I will be doing all of my shopping via Amazon from now on.

Ugh, that blows. I'm sorry they were so shady, and then only offered you ten bucks to basically go away.  They are really not good at this whole customer service thing.
