I reused some but not all. My first go around I worked in a dressy office. This time I wear jeans. So I bought some new pants. 4 pairs. And a bunch of tee shirts. Maybe 5. And 3 sweaters. I don't wear much of my old stuff. It's only been 3 years but it's kind of worn and not my style.
I don't buy into the whole "investing" in good maternity clothes. You wear them for what.....6ish months?? Yeah I'm not spending $100 on a pair of pants I'll wear for 5-6 months and then will hang in my closet forever after that. I know others do but my Motherhood, Target, and Kohl's pieces for under $30 are fine by me.
I have reused some clothes, but have mostly bought new pieces. I probably could've gotten away with not buying many new things but I like buying clothes so I just went for it!
I'm reusing almost all the clothes. Some of them were given to me and are way too large, but I'll keep those for the end if necessary. I did invest just yesterday in new leggings, Christmas pajamas and a nursing bra.

I never lost the baby weight from the first time so I did have to buy quite a few things for my second pregnancy. Hopefully next time around, I can avoid buying clothes because I now have alllllll the sizes in my maternity wardrobe lol. I'll make it work even if the seasons don't match up too nicely.
I used almost all of my stuff again, just earlier on in the pregnancy. Most of my stuff only made it to about week 20/25. Then I was just too big and had to buy ON XXL maternity tanks and XXL pants from the lounge line that could fit my massive belly. But you won't have that issue
Semi related: someone needs to invent an affordable maternity line for people carrying multiples. By the time I delivered at 36w4d, my stomach was nearly visible out the bottom of any top I put on. And I know my friend's SIL who had triplets was definitely hanging out at the end (35w). The only line I ever saw was like $75 for a shirt. Lol uhm. No. I'm not spending that on such a short term item. Had I not stopped going into the office because I was on bed rest I would have had to stop because I was unable to dress myself decent enough for work. My boss thought I was joking when I said that. Then she came over to drop off some case files and saw my belly peeking out from below my tank top and realized I was serious. When you are carrying 2 7lb babies around the shirt you wore for your 1 8lb baby isn't going cut it.
My first pregnancy I lived in dresses so I wore non-maternity clothes a lot of the time plus some $$$ additions. The second time around I wasn't interested in wearing dresses while wrangling a toddler so I lived in black pants. I had a bunch already so I only really bought a couple of new shirts and a maternity cardigan that I loved (Motherhood maternity - I seriously wore it everyday).
I only bought a few things the second time. A pair of jeans, a few shirts, and a few tanks. Oh and yoga pants. I was working last time i was pg but sah this time and definitely needed something loungy.
My sister sent me literally four boxes of maternity clothes though. I didnt even wear half of them!

I picked up a few new pieces with the 2nd and 3rd pregnancies mainly because my seasons were slightly off. Bootleg pants from 2008 in 2015? Whatever, I went with it.

I got rid of a ton of my maternity stuff because I thought we were done, but I "luckily" kept some of my work clothes because professional maternity clothes were such a PITA to find and I thought if I ever changed my mind I would need them. I did. With DD, my pregnancy ended up being different seasons, so I still bought a ton of new stuff.
Also, I would have paid nearly any dollar amount for decent professional maternity clothes and found very little.
Both of my due dates are basically the same so my stuff all worked season wise. I did start wearing them earlier this time around so needed a few warmer weather pieces but that was it.
I wore the pants with both pregnancies but since DD1 was born in December and DD2 was born in August, I had to buy a fair amount of new shirts/dresses.
I reused whatever I still liked. My first pregnancy, I was working full-time so my wardrobe was mostly for the office. My second and third pregnancies, I only worked two days a week so I needed more casual clothes. Plus, you know, what I wore in fall 2007 did not work for summer 2013. Even though it was (probably) my last pregnancy, I splurged on more pieces the last time and do not regret it. I much preferred my AG jeans over my Gap ones.
I was hesitant to invest a ton the first time around because I didn't know when #2 would be (how many years apart, I mean) or if the seasons would match up. I really got by with not very much. Like, less than a plastic tub's worth.
This time, I've already bought another pair of skinny jeans and a dress. I don't plan on buying too much more, but we'll see.
I'm wearing the same + stretchy sweaters. Being pregnant in the winter has it's perks especially when it comes to clothing IMHO. I really haven't had to buy anything maternity specific.
I am not pregnant again, but I plan to ditch a lot of my previous stuff. It was uncomfortable and unflattering but I bought it because I didn't know any better. I didn't end up realizing what worked for me until near the end. I passed a lot of it on to my friend before I even had DS, lol.
The next time around, I plan to "invest" in a few work dresses from Pea's clearance rack, a couple of pairs of work pants from Loft/Gap, and then buy most of my tops/layering pieces from H&M, Target, Nordstrom, and ASOS (hopefully all of this purchasing will be when I find things on sale). Motherhood Maternity and Old Navy did me no favors last time and I'm not going to waste my time or money there again.
A mix. I rewore a lot of my first-time maternity clothes, especially pants. but I wasn't working in an office anymore the 2nd time around and bought some more casual pieces, especially summer stuff. First child was born in May, second was born in August. I spent a lot more time being pg in the heat second-time around.
I reused some. I had a few sweaters, one really nice dress and a pair of jeans I loved. Otherwise, I wore a lot of maxi style skirts and yoga pants both times around.
3/4s of it was stuff Hs sister's passed around and then gave me.
I had to buy new long sleeved T-s and cardigans all 3 times. I wore them so much and I felt like they smelled even after washing and I couldn't get it out.
I rarely buy "investment" pieces in my day to day clothes. I'm not about to with maternity either. I also didn't have a ton of maternity options. I pretty much wore the same 12 things over and over.

I'm still early enough that I'm barely in maternity clothes but I plan to reuse many. I have been searching everywhere for a new pair or jeans but can't find anything I like. And I bought 1 new pair of work pants and a few sweaters after Old Navy did their Black Friday sale. I did also buy a maternity winter coat since winter could last here until I'm 6 months.
I am reusing some of it. Mostly the maternity jeans and tank tops. I've bought a few new shirts this time around because I just bought cheap fall/winter stuff and most of it has been worn out from frequent wear for the last 2 pregnancies.
I kept 3 diaper boxes full of maternity clothes but only have about 1/4 of it hanging in my closet. A lot of what I have is either too big right now or out of season (spring/summer).

I did reuse a lot, but I also have two friends who are the same size as me and we all share clothes. They had both purchase new pieces, so I had new clothes also
For the second pregnancy, I reused a LOT of the clothes. I did buy a few more pieces, but it was mostly the same.
Third time, I've bought a lot more because I killed a lot of the original clothes (especially jeans) and I need a more professional wardrobe this time around than the previous 2.
Actually, I didn't splurge on anything either of my first 2 pregnancies and am laughing at myself for NOT splurging. Gap maternity jeans and pants have converted me. I bought 3/4 pairs used on the BST board here, but man they are 100x more comfortable than the shitty Motherhood and ON pants I used to have.
Reusing most, but I bought a few new tees this time, and a new pair of jeans. My old go-to mat jeans were full panel and the new ones are no-panel which I like SO much better. The old ones were also a bit too small in the butt and hips. :/
I bought a couple new pairs of jeans because I'm about a size bigger than last pregnancy. I also bought new legging since the old ones were worn and shrunken, and a few new shirts. Oh, and 2 new dresses since my last pregnancy was a summer pregnancy and my dresses were brightly colored and sleeveless.
And I actually bought some maternity underwear this time.
I guess I bought quite a bit where I was thinking I reused a lot of old stuff.
I was no longer working during my second pregnancy, so I sold all of my business casual clothes and bought some summer essentials (maxi dress, swimsuit, shorts, and tank tops) instead. I reused jeans, tees, leggings, and yoga pants from my first pregnancy.
I bought all new from ON/ gap. I loaned my stuff out this spring to a friend having a November baby like DD, so everything was seasonally appropriate for her. By the time I needed mat clothes on September (like, as soon as the pee stick was dry), I decided to buy new. It would have been a duck move to call my 32 week pregnant friend and ask for my stuff back. Plus I started a new job in a new community at 17 weeks pregnant and it was super important to me to make a good first impression.
