I'm hoping to lean in at my new job and find real success here. Last year was probably the hardest year I've ever had professionally. But I feel like we're in a good place as far as our groove as a family of three and that I can make great strides in my career in the coming years.

I'd also like to take a family vacation just the three of us to a destination that does not involve visiting other family members.

I'm really looking forward to getting some semblance of my self back this year. I have been neglecting myself far too much the last few years as we navigated the trenches with 3 kids so young and close in age. I can't wait to keep up a workout routine and have some time for myself.

I'm also looking forward to our family vacations. I love to travel and even though we plan to stay local this year as we build up our savings I'm excited to have those experiences with the kids.

I'm also looking forward to the girls hopefully outgrowing this serious mullet they have going on right now and getting some real hair

Losing weight bc a lot rests on this - weddings of 2 of my bridesmaids and I aspire to be a skinny pregnant this time around. Also growing my office double what I did this year.

And I always look forward to the time when DD consistently STTNs, a toddler mom can only hope.

Getting back in a good financial place. 2015 was shitty to us there, but we have some $ coming our way early 2016. Plus our new renter is amazing.

More of the same, mostly. Kids thriving at school and sports. DH and I having our own activities. We both have a fun race schedule (me running, DH running and swimming). Visiting family when possible.
