Gifts for extended family go under the tree as soon as they are wrapped (DS1 helps me wrap those anyway). Gifts for our family (DH, DS1, DS2 and me) mostly go under the tree on Christmas eve after the kids are in bed. Only exceptions are the gifts "from" DS1; He gets to help wrap and put those under the tree sooner.
Stockings are filled Christmas Eve after the kids are in bed.
Everything goes out on Christmas Eve. Some are from Santa and some are not but everything goes out at the same time. Stuff would get unwrapped very early if we didn't do it this way.
Gifts from everyone but Santa go under as they are wrapped. Santa gifts are wrapped in a more basic brown Christmas wrapping paper tied with string with more simple tags (as opposed to my fancier wrapping style). Big gifts from Santa are unwrapped and built. Stockings are stuffed Christmas Eve night.

Everything will go under the tree Xmas eve.
Most gifts are wrapped and hidden away, except for ILs gifts to us that are on top of our console because I don't have anywhere else to put them. But we have dogs so they won't go on the floor until tomorrow night.
My kids are 1 so gifts have been under since we wrapped them. Once they are old enough to understand Santa we will put them out Christmas Eve after they go to bed.
Gifts go under as we receive/buy them and wrap them, except for Santa gifts.
Stockings get stuffed the night of.
This. DD has always been pretty good about leaving the presents alone. I reserve the right to amend this answer when DS is old enough to go after them...
In the past we've done as they get wrapped, but between one of my dogs being an asshole this year and has taken a liking to cardboard and paper, and not wanting DD to ask about presents 24/7, we're putting everything out after she goes to bed on Christmas Eve. I'm actually pretty excited to see her reaction when out of no where its ZOMG PRESENTS GALORE.
My parents never put presents out in advance until we were like in our 20s.
Gifts go under the tree as they're wrapped. DD was told that if she dared to unwrap any gift that was under the tree for her, it was going straight back to the store. I guess she believed me.
Santa gifts go out Christmas Eve night after she goes to sleep, and stockings are stuffed then, too. Santa gifts are unwrapped.
I have started placing gifts under the tree now that are for H or that are from my father for the kids.
We have carried over a tradition from my childhood in which the stockings are filled by santa's elves on Christmas eve. Usually while we are at Mass. This works out nicely now that we have an Elf on the shelf since we will have him do it
All other gifts will be placed under the tree at night on Christmas eve after the kids are in bed.
Right now they are all wrapped and shut in our guest bedroom except the 25 books of Christmas because Noah really likes to open presents We will see how it goes next year.
