Currently it's a princess nightgown or zippered footie pjs for the oldest and Minnie mouse cotton pjs for the middle one. Baby sleeps in fleece footie Jammie's and a cotton Velcro swaddle. Our 2t stash is a horrible mix of pjs from a friend so I try to ignore the fact the don't match. I prefer cute matching pjs. I am really opposed to wandering around in just a diaper.
DS wears two piece sets with pants and long-sleeves (and always has since he stopped wearing one-piece sleepers around 12-18m). I may be weird, but I always put him in a matching top and bottom set; my OCD side would probably be on edge if I put him in a mismatched set.
Both wear pajama sets. My older daughter will sometimes wear nightgowns and she is getting more into the flowy vs. fitted sleep pants with a tee shirt. She will wear the short sets in the summer. DD2 is the same and wears sets. I don't trust that she wouldn't take her diaper off at night, so she must always wear bottoms of some sort.

DS has a million random 2-piece cotton sets, almost all with striped pants. They all more or less match, and I kind of like the funky mis matched thing for his jammies. Sometimes he insists on wearing a favorite t-shirt or no pants, and if he's tired and stubborn I don't fight him.
DD loves nightgowns. All of her current ones are getting pretty short, so I guess I better get to sewing. She has a couple cotton sets in rotation too, but they only come out if there are no clean nightgowns.
ETA: I'm not picky about matching, but I do get weird about seasonal themed jammies. Like all Christmas jammies are put away by the time the Christmas decor goes away.
Pajamas, for sure. We have the fleece one-piece footed ones, and also pants sets and nightgowns. DD1 tends to come up with her own crazy mixes of the nice sets, like unmatched pants and tops with a fairy princess PJ dress on top! Both girls still love the Carters ones that come with a little tutu. DS usually wears a matching set.
Mostly whatever they want. It's usually a princess nightgown (those fancy ones target sells). They have some matching sets but don't wear them nearly as much as they did at 2-3. They also sometimes wear a t shirt, whatever they wore that day (if they've been inside & it's not dirty). While I would be freezing wearing a short sleeved night gown in winter - our house is only 60 at night - they don't seem to care.
Jack is 21 months and mostly wears fleece footies, we'll switch to cotton sets in spring. Last summer he just wore a onesie.

PJ sets, usually the stretchy cotton ones by Carters. Right now everyone's in long pants and long sleeves, but once it gets hot I'll switch to short sleeves. I usually try to catch the sets at Target when they go on clearance - usually they'll package four coordinating pieces together, and once those go under $10-11 it's hard not to stock up.

My 6.5 and 4.5 year old BOTH STILL wear footed sleepers in the winter. Ds only has I think 3 or 4 at this point, so he wears other pants/shirts too, but they love the footed sleepers so the grandparents always get them some, and since they can both get them on/off completely by themselves I don't mind (no way was I getting woken up at night to help get a sleeper off so a kid could pee!). DD has enough sleepers to wear for pretty much every night of the week. She has a few nightgowns (that she insists on wearing pants under) or pants/shirts sets she likes and rotates in though.
I still buy sets for both, and in the summer, if they try to wear a non-matching set it drives me nuts. Ds does have a few shorts/pants that I got without shirts that he wears with things like leftover soccer shirts and whatnot, but if a shirt and shorts came together, I want them worn together.
DS is always in a fleece footed sleeper during the winter. The girls have pajama sets ranging from shorts to fleece in their drawer. They decide what pajamas to wear...whether they match is up for interpretation ?
Usually pj's. DD has some gowns she will wear but since it's chilly she'll wear them with pj pants or too short soft pants. DS wears a lot of her old pj's. Half the time stuff is mismatched but idk. He picks her outgrown pink bottoms with a spiderman top lol
Usually they love their zipped footie Jammies (I so thought we were over those at 4, but they love them...LOVE)
But I totally don't care. Sometimes b wants to wear what she wore that day, some times J just wants underwear. Whatever. Usually it's pajamas...but they're 4, they can choose.

PJs, always! Me and H too. We keep the house at 65 in winter, so all three kids wear fleece footsies to bed. In summer they wear pants and shirt pj sets or nightgowns.
DS (4) and DD (almost 2) both wear cotton pyjama sets. Long sleeved for winter and short sleeve for summer. They both started to hate footed sleepers at around 18 months. It's cold here so no one would ever sleep in just a diaper or undies. I'd feel weird about that for sure, but maybe that's my issue?
Both wear pj sets. Cotton or fleece long pants and long sleeve shirts in winter (MN). Shorts or long pants and short sleeves in summer. I also don't do mismatched pjs and need Christmas pjs put away when the Christmas decorations come down. And no hanging out in jist diapers or undies. Not sure my reason, we just don't.

So I'm the only awful mom who lets their kid sleep in their clothes? We own lovely pajamas but DD always wants to sleep in her clothes. She wears leggings every single day and we shower in the morning, so I'm fine with it. She wears pajamas maybe once a month.

Nope! We have done it many times. For ds changing clothes and/or getting dressed is often his toddler hill to die on and it's not worth the battle lol.
No, like I said my oldest asks to sleep in her clothes all the time. Most of the time I let her.
I'm kind of laughing at the "we only wear matching pjs," but my kids are older and I'm not fighting about what pajamas they wear. When they were little enough to not care, they matched.

With as often as my kids wake up in the morning with pee having leaked out of their diapers or pull-ups, wearing clothes to bed would be pointless.
I don't have a huge hangup about them matching, but when I fold their laundry, I fold the pajamas into matching top-and-pants sets, so I don't think it's even occurred to DS1 to mix them up.
