Oh and like Laz, baseball. A shit ton of baseball. Between my son and my BFs kids, we have three kids on five teams. Which means games or practice every night of the week other than Friday and Saturdays.
We're going to Chicago over the 4th of July and I also have a girls trip to Vegas at the end of that month.
I need to make a list this year of localish stuff to do. For instance, we're 20 minutes from Temecula and have we ever been wine tasting there? Nope. LOL. I'd also like to plan a beach day with some of our OC friends.

last year we started a thing where every weekend we find a new (preferably homemade) ice cream place, I have a list of about 30 within a reasonable drive. So, we'll continue that. it's cheap and the kids like it. camping in Maine lots of beach trips to my parents place hopefully a long weekend at the Jersey shore DH and I are going away for a weekend without kids for the first time ever! that's all I have so far. we usually do a day at Knoebels every summer but I haven't even looked at that yet
I am going to Fredricksburg,TX for my sister's bachelorette party Memorial weekend. Then we go to Austin for her wedding in the first part of June. My boys are going back home with my mom for a week. My husband and I are going to go to the US Open (which is on my husband's bucket list). Then I fly back to get the boys. In July we are going to the outer banks for a week. Then in August Carter is going to a camp in West Virgina for a week. This summer is going to be busy!!
Austin, then our Ireland and Scotland trip in July. Other than that we'll be spending a lot of time at swim lessons, Legoland, the gym pool...
How is school going?
Great!! His teacher said she can't imagine his transition being any smoother. He's made new friends, they have super long recesses and the school is just generally way more laid back and fun. It's exactly what I hoped. I can't get over how little homework there is. It's been soooooo nice because homework is just as hard on us as them, lol.

Aw yay! How about next year, are you sending him back there? I am so glad this worked out for you!

Trip to Boston for SD college graduation, trip to Seattle for conference for DH, lots of pool time and then a month in Europe visiting my family and friends. DH will be there for half of it and the last half it will be just DD and I. Usually we go in September and only for two weeks and it is balls to the walls visiting so I think this year will be a bit more relaxed (I'm hoping anyways).

Well we have a baby so he is cramping our style in some ways. His first birthday is happening in July.
My parents have a cabin on the water that they rent out weekly in the summer. Now that I have a baby I rate getting a week! I know they just want to be next door to their grandchild but still it should be nice.
My bf and I are going to see Dead & Company (new version of the Grateful Dead) in July at Fenway Park! There are some rumors that Paul McCartney might join them for a jam. I'm excited anyway but I would probably lose my mind temporarily if that happens.
Other than that, my week in Maine that I do every year (family cabin).

We're absolutely sending him back and plan on him graduating from there. It's a private school that's K-12 which is what we are looking for since the public middle and high schools we're zoned for are really bad. His old school was a K-12 charter which is why we wanted to send him there. I just hate writing that check, though, lol. I just don't want to move! I love our house and love where we live. Now it looks like we wont' have to!
We will be boating, we got a cabana at the beach this summer, we are going on a cruise to Canada in July, we are spending a week in Lake George in August, and we have tickets to a couple of baseball games.
I haven't been *this* excited for summer in a long time. But considering I'm still wearing my goddamned winter coat in May, I feel like summer will just never come.
eta - I forgot an overnight trip to Kalahari in the Poconos for my son's birthday, and because he missed his First Holy Communion and party, an overnight trip to Hershey - he had been trying to decide between the two for his birthday.
