Moving? Okay, that isn't really fun until we're settled.
Two concerts (Avett brothers/Brandi Carlile and the Dixie chicks), Twins game, cabin, two weddings, several camping trips - 3 state parks (one during the Tall Ships Festival on Lake Superior) and one cramped park that is mostly semi-permanent trailers and has a water park.
* long weekend in San Antonio to eat lots of good TexMex and suffer through a day at Six Flags * lots of swimming at my parents' pool * possibly a weekend to Chicago * attending plenty of Astros games * week to Banff with my parents and Finley, DH will join us for the weekend * huge ass trip to Fiji and New Zealand * take Finley to the ballet
Lots of pool time at the ILs. Hot tub soaks with H at home. Trip Up North for a week. Trip to Portland/Seattle for a week. Possible Cedar Point day trip. Kitchen remodel planning, project will start Labor day week.
Lots of concerts Crabs (steamed, obvi) Maybe a short trip for my birthday since we will be in France for my husband's this month and seeing a play, having fancy dinners etc Napping Hammock time Sea glass hunting
lots of boating and time on the lake outdoor concert with H and friends at a local winery road trip with kids - one to Vancouver, one to Alberta (Drumheller, Banff) wine tours BBQs with neighbours and friends all summer would like to buy a stand up paddle board lots of scuba diving locally and a few small trips Week at my friend's cabin
Two weeks at the Jersey shore (with family) Going to the races (Ascot) Going to an oyster festival Taking my H to learn how to scuba dive in Cornwall (and do a few exercises myself as I haven't dove in ages) Going out to the countryside with/without our dog, going for a morning wander/hike and then eating lunch at pubs (we'll do that almost every free weekend)
And the not as fun: working with our builder on the huge renovation project which is starting a month later than expected
Another one moving Two weeks on the jersey Shore Job searching while my husband takes my kids to visit the ILs. Visiting my best friend and her needs baby.
Two concerts Calling in sick to work on the one day of sun we get in Ohio
Not much really. We are pretty low key in the summer but I like it that way. I'd rather enjoy the pool and weekends at home and travel more in the fall and winter when the weather is crappy here.
-Getaway to Door County, WI to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary -Lots of concerts downtown in our city on the riverfront -Baseball games (OK, drinking at the baseball stadium lol) -Hiking a lot -Attending some festivals in town -Farmers markets -A Zero K (a fundraiser/party with live music and alcohol where you walk across a bridge as the "race")
But we are taking the girls on an all-American vacation to the Grand fucking Canyon! Spending some time in Sedona with my best old lady friend, too.
H and I are going to Chicago in August to see Billy Joel at Wrigley Field. yesssssssss.
We're debating getting season passes to Valleyfair (big amusement park here) - the girls are at a fun age for that stuff and they also have a huge waterpark that we'd utilize a lot.
And other than that, just trying to keep my kids from murdering each other and having their face in their Kindles for 22.5 hours a day. They're doing the YMCA day cam which will keep them super busy during the week and I don't work Mondays so we'll hit up the zoo/splash bad/amusement park on those days.

Our weekdays won't change bc of work, except maybe a random day off here and there.
We've declared this The Summer Of Outdoor Projects. Waiting for the weather to cooperate so we can build a little stone wall around the patio, redo the front walk, replant everything in front of the house, have some sick trees down, etc. I can't wait to actually enjoy my yard.
Other than that I'd like to get to the zoo, into the city, beaches, cookouts, hopefully some low key concerts, and just stay close to home relaxing.
- Joined a swim club for the summer so lots of evenings there with picnic dinners after we pick kids up - Local minor league baseball games, and probably a couple of major league games - Beer tasting in George Washington's backyard, and hanging out in the taproom at our favorite local brewery - Trip to Florida to see DH's parents, taking the autotrain down, going to Kennedy Space Center, and stopping in Savannah on the way home - A couple of concerts DH and I are looking at, depending on dates - I'll likely have a really fun work event in San Diego in August, and I'm leaning toward taking DD with me for it
