Done!
I felt so like a crazy cat lady answering the question about how many cats I have currently. I have my own two and we are fostering a mommy and her seven babies. LOL

That was more difficult than I thought it would be. I'm used to looking at all of the body to gauge a cat's feelings. I would love to know the answers.
Not being able to see what the tail was doing made it much harder to figure out the mood. At least with mine, the tail tells you when she is going to flip to being over it.

So apparently cats just look perpetually pissed off to me. Lol.
Also the questions as the end were interesting, I have a love hate relationship with my cat. She's amazing, loves to be pet, friendly,----and then runs away every fucking time I open the door.
She always comes back and i tell her she's lucky she's so friendly bc I wouldn't put up with her bullshit otherwise. Haha

That's really interesting, I shared with my shelter coworkers. I felt like I could tell most of them, eyes and ears tell you a lot. But I could be completely wrong, too

Basically, if a cat looks bored or grumpy, I assume they are happy. Anything more expressive than that and I assume they are not. This could be projection based on my own cats.

I left a comment that it was really difficult JUST to take cues from the cat's face. The two examples I used were a cat laying back its ears is usually a defensive/angry thing so I called that negative, and when a cat is following something dangly with its eyes it's probably feeling playful. Just relying on the face was really hard.
