The local news just announced there will be 3 debates: Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. That should be entertaining.
Oh and Willie Nelson is preforming at a Beto rally in Austin. His "fans" that favor Fox news are losing their collective snowflake minds. Come on, Willie is a liberal.
No Yetis, No Nike, No Willie, No fun. Like the Red Headed Stranger gives a shit, as he rolls another.
It's super exciting! The Willie "outrage" is hilarious. I plan on attending.
My mom will be voting Beto (albeit begrudgingly), and that's saying a lot. And many other people I know and am related to who have always voted Republican in the past are into him. It's going to do with making sure that people get to the polls.
My neighborhood is filled with Beto signs. The two neighbors nearby who had put up Ted Cruz signs have taken them down. I suppose they could have been stolen but I highly doubt it. I honestly think they realized that admitting that you are a Cruz fan is embarrassing, LOL (or their teenage and college aged kids are mortified and told them to take it down).
Where are you watching Monk? I haven't watched it in forever though I loved it while it was on. I see it isn't on Netflix.
Hallmark channel. I know I know but they started with the very first episode which I never saw....then, of course Sharona!
I have definitely spent a whole day on the couch watching a Monk marathon before. No shame. But only if it’s the early ones with Sharona. I really hated the chick who came on when Bitty Schram left.

Lucky you. I am out in Katy, TX and no Beto signs in sight. In fact, I've seen a dozen "Texans are with Ted Cruz" signs on empty lots at intersections (so probably not supposed to be there). I am SOOOOOOOO tempted to go out with a sharpie and carrot in NOT.

]My parents are in Katy! I was there last weekend and saw exactly two signs in their hood, both Beto. Which I call a win, really. I was scared that it would be otherwise. So I am hopeful for all the Texas 'burbs

I am in Katy and have a Beto sign out. One of 2 in my neighborhood. Last weekend I went to Penzey's in the Heights and on one of the side streets every single house for more than a block had at least one Beto sign. I was so happy that day!
There are several Beto signs up in my neighborhood in NW Houston. I had to do a double check when I saw them!!. Unfortunately a person on our street has a Cruz sign in their yard. I’m constantly tempted to go take it down but I won’t.

I don't think we're allowed to have lawn signs in my subdivision which might be why I am not seeing any Beto signs. The Cruz ones are on empty lots at corners (like Clay Road & 99). All you other Katy folks - wanna help me sharpie all the Cruz ones?
Miss Phryne Fisher, for Monk check if you have the WE channel. I've seen it on there before too.

I love driving through the Heights area. SO Liberal! The shelter I volunteer with is down there and I wanted to move to the area but couldn't afford it
There are a bunch of Beto signs in our neighborhood in N Dallas, but also a bunch of Cruz signs that have popped up more recently. I know I’m in an echo chamber with my local Democrat groups so I’m worried I’m just getting my hopes up, but it really FEELS like Beto has a chance.

I am in a pretty republican/conservative small town between two major cities. I have seen only 3 Cruz signs and dozens and dozens of Beto ones in my neighborhood.
I’m in what is assumed to be solidly conservative suburb just north of Dallas and there are signs in yards everywhere for Beto and very few for Cruz. I’ve lived in my town for over ten years and I’ve never seen so much support for a Democratic candidate, especially in a mid term race.

I have only seen a handful of Cruz signs and tons of Beto. I think, unfortunately, there are tons of people who will vote for Cruz but aren’t big enough fans of his to put out a sign. He’s unlikeable but keeps getting elected for a reason.

I keep getting text messages from the Beto campaign and I’m sad I won’t be able to vote against Ted Cruz anymore since we moved. Beto is definitely getting national attention as a threat to Cruz that could take more Republican Party resources to campaign against, which could impact the amount of resources available to other states. His town hall video about football players kneeling has been making the rounds on fb. I think he has a chance. The problem is that so many people in the state (not the cities) will vote republican no matter what but wouldn’t necessarily campaign for them or put out signs. I’m hoping the hatred for Cruz is strong enough, since he continuously ignores the best interests of the people he is supposed to represent.
