I do enjoy stuff with peanut butter cups or toffee pieces, though. My all-time favorite Ben and Jerry's flavor was called What a Cluster: Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Caramel Cluster Pieces, Marshmallow Swirls & Peanut Buttery Swirls.
Jeni's ice cream has this Bangkok Peanut that is to die for. It's like if you turned Thai peanut sauce into ice cream.
(highly recommend taking a look at her cookbooks)
I got to meet her a few years back. She is such a funny, kind person. I made her goat cheese ice cream, subbing roasted peaches for the cherries, and it was amazing.
I have too many favorites. Basically a favorite for each location. Birch beer vanilla bean (local) Black cherry chip (graeters) Nutella mascarpone (local) Pineapple coconut (Haagen daz) Cinnamon vanilla bean (homemade) Traditional twist soft serve (custard)
I make 75% of the ice cream we serve in the shop, sooo..... too many to list. Some of my go-tos: Vanilla Brown sugar ice cream w/ butter pecans Lemon peppermint sorbet Cherry vanilla Millionares shortbread (toffee/caramel ice cream with shortbread bits and a few chocolate chips) Toasted coconut Peanut butter anything
Eta: my favorite that I dont make would have to be Ginger, but my grocery store stopped carrying it 😪
It's probably a tie between Coffee and Mint Chocolate Chip (green). But when I'm down the shore in the Summer, Kohr Bros. trumps all and I must get a Vanilla/Chocolate Swirl Cone with chocolate jimmies.

Mint chocolate chip should never be green!!
Seconded. It should also have andies candy bits, not regular chocolate chips.
Mint chocolate chip, forever and ever amen. My favorite is Graeter's, especially when there are huge chunks of chocolate.
If I can have Graeters, it’s Coconut Chip. If I can’t have graeters, I’ll always go for mint chocolate chip (although i do love their mint chip as well).
Overall favorite is vanilla with chocolate and caramel swirls and bits of Oreo and Snickers. Seasonal favorites - peppermint ice cream in a fudge-dipped waffle cone in the winter, and lemon lavender in the summer.

So cool!!
I also made her goat cheese ice cream, but the cognac figs version. So good.

My favorite is moose tracks, which is vanilla ice cream with fudge swirled in and chopped peanut butter cups.
We make a version that is PB ice cream with chocolate swirl and PB cup pieces (call it Bruce Tracks). We also do a version with PB sauce instead of chocolate and call it PB3 (peanut butter cubed, or peanut butter trifecta depending on who you're talking to).

Occasionally, I like the raspberry chocolate chip from Graeter's but in the summer, there is truly nothing better to me than the mint. My H likes the coconut a lot!

Dirt Cake by a local ice cream maker. It’s super rich chocolate ice cream with crushed up Oreos. It is truly the best ice cream I’ve ever had.
If I’m not eating that brand, probably peanut butter cup or butter pecan (which I used to think was an old person flavor but I guess now I’m old, LOL).
Specifically, Ben & Jerry’s Milk & Cookies. It’s like cookies & cream, but also with chunks of chocolate chip cookies (not dough). But in general, cookies & cream is usually my go-to. But I don’t say no to most ice cream, lol.
Exactly this!
Or chocolate chip cookie dough if I feel like mixing it up. I also like B&J's strawberry cheesecake but I have to be in a specific mood.
