Passionfruit Sorbet. But I really only get to have that in very specific locations.
Tried and true favorite is Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla. They used to do a summer version with strawberries mixed in, which is delicious. That's probably not helpful to you wanting to make ice cream.

It's probably a tie between Coffee and Mint Chocolate Chip (green). But when I'm down the shore in the Summer, Kohr Bros. trumps all and I must get a Vanilla/Chocolate Swirl Cone with chocolate jimmies.
I have no favorite lol. I like different kinds depending on the day. I've been really liking coffee though. I used to be a strictly cookies & cream kinda girl but I ventured out of my comfort zone. Oh the Ben & Jerry's Americone Dream is another fave.
I could talk about ice cream all day.
Oh, I thought of another; Mexican Vanilla from Amy's.

I don’t know if I have just one favorite. I’ve been a big fan of the salted caramel fad, especially if there are swirls of that soft caramel.
I also like lemon a lot. A lot of times when it’s hot I just crave something light and fresh. Along the same lines I once found cantaloupe at a little gelato place. That was so good. And white licorice/anise was a great unusual one too.
Specifically, Ben & Jerry’s Milk & Cookies. It’s like cookies & cream, but also with chunks of chocolate chip cookies (not dough). But in general, cookies & cream is usually my go-to. But I don’t say no to most ice cream, lol.
