What do you do to relax? 18. Does anyone deserve to have a billion dollars?
Instead of asking about comfort food and relaxing, I wish they'd asked about important issues like reproductive rights and BLM. I'm trying to think if there are any other issues that are noticeably missing in this question set.
Knowing that Bernie like to relax with a bag of Cheetos and a PBR* doesn't tell me much about how he's going to lead for women and POC.
*I haven't watched the video so I'm just making this up, lol.
ETA: It looks like there's nothing about the environment in there either.
Also can we talk about Joe Biden bragging about having dinner with segregationists because my god.
This campaign is worse than I could have imagined. He’s gone from “if he wins, fine” to Bernie territory for me in the span of about two weeks.
What?! I missed this. I mean, I get that he's older, but why can't we allow younger candidates to take over and why can't he just be retired - he did a lot for public service and I'd be so glad to see him bow out and endorse Harris or Warren.

Here's the story. It's terrible. He needs to go. Watching Bernie die a slow death is a little satisfying, but my god, Biden needs to just be ejected from the race immediately.
I was really impressed with Cory Booker's interview.
I have been team woman for president so I haven't paid him much attention; now I'm curious. The others were pretty much as expected (watched Warren, Harris, Sanders, Buttigieg and the Colorado old guys also).

Bernie, classy as usual.
The tweet says: "The cat is out of the bag. The corporate wing of the Democratic Party is publicly "anybody but Bernie." They know our progressive agenda of Medicare for All, breaking up big banks, taking on drug companies and raising wages is the real threat to the billionaire class." and it quote a politico article talking about how 'centrists' are coming around to Warren.

I just realized Joe Biden didn't bother participating in that NYTimes piece. The footnote says "Joseph R. Biden Jr. declined to participate despite repeated requests since late April." What a lazy asshole.
I only watched the Supreme Court appointment videos. Seth Moulton gave my favorite answer, so now I have to go take a shower.

He actually said “they didn’t call me boy”??!!?!!?
He is soooo out of touch and missed the point of his own story. It's not a positive about compromise, it's a negative about how he chose to work with racists and so they both looked good to constituents. Compromise now is very different than it was 20+ years ago - it's more transparent and not about good-ol'-boys in backrooms talking shit about women and minorities to fake bond so they can manipulate the other political party.
I'm with Senetor Sherrod Brown's wife:
Biden's remarks drew criticism that gained steam Wednesday. Connie Schultz, a columnist whose husband, Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio, considered running for president in 2020, wrote on Twitter, “There is no punchline here, no emoji or funny meme to soften the harm of your words. That segregationist never called you “boy” because you are white.”
“If you want to boast about your relationship with a racist, you are not who we need to succeed the racist in the White House,” she continued.

This is fucking infuriating. And I have one bro that I know who eats this shit up.
Damn I wish Warren was on the same stage as Bernie next week.
He sounds like Trump in that tweet (albeit with better grammar). I’ll vote for him if he’s the nominee but I’m certain he would make a terrible President.
I feel like when you ask men to elaborate on why their wife is their hero, it's usually some version of "She does all the household and childrearing tasks that I drop the ball on, in addition to having a full time job and working just as many hours as I do!"

BINGO
She’s your hero because she’s doing all the work and you feel guilty AF about it but not enough to do anything but enough to make meaningless paternalism quips on a stupid political survey.
