The boys are 4 and 6. We watched ParaNorman last weekend, which they liked. I need another Halloween movie for our movie night tomorrow. I guess I haven’t really watched many Halloween movies, besides Hocus Pocus, because I’m coming up short.

Halloweentown
Marnie and her kids get a big shock when they follow grandma home to Halloweentown - and find out they come from a family of witches. The town is the only place where supernatural beings can lead a `normal' life, but trouble is looming, and on her 13th birthday Marnie not only finds she is a witch, but that she and her family are involved in a fight against the evil that is threatening to take over the world.
It was a Disney channel movie back in the day. It has a sequel as well.

Not Spooky Buddies, my GOD that movie was awful.
We like Nightmare Before Christmas a lot. Monster House. Frankenweenie (though I find this sad). Room on the Broom has a 40 minute cartoon version that is delightful. We’ve not watched it, but my niece and nephew really like Goosebumps. Ernest Scared Stupid. Double Double Toil and Trouble is on our docket for this weekend.

Casper the Friendly Ghost is fun.
DS loves Spooky Buddies. I have never watched it. DD normally watches it with him. So this is good to know. Lol

mysteriouswife, oh my god, it is INTOLERABLY awful. I always have movie night with the kids on Sunday because their dad has a standing meeting on Sunday evening. They chose Spooky Buddies 2 weekends ago and I was like, "Ok, it's probably dumb, but puppies are cute." Yeah, you basically watch dogs die by turning into stone for an hour and half until, magically, at the end only some of them come back to life?

My kids are 12, 10 and 4 so we have a mix of scarier, but for littler kids we like:
Spookley It’s the great pumpkin Charlie Brown Toy story tower of terror Various Disney plus cartoons
I like room on the broom and the curious George one mentioned but they aren’t on Netflix anymore so we haven’t watched those.
Ds3 just watched nightmare before Christmas and really liked it. I know it’s a cult fave but I had never made it all the way through before. It’s ok for me.
Concur with many others. My youngest is 6. My kids are pretty sensitive about movies, so sometimes what people suggest we would NOT have watched at 4 & 6. I.e. Beetlejuice, ET, Ghostbusters, Hocus Pocus, etc. Not criticizing those who choose those, but wouldn't work for my kids.
--Room on the Broom is super cute and I love it. It's not a full-length movie.
--Monsters, Inc., maybe
--Hotel Transylvania movies are great and not too scary!
--Some episodes of Vampirina? Halloween episodes of any kid shows (Fancy Nancy, Doc McStuffins, Paw Patrol, whatever)
--Charlie Brown--Great Pumpkin. As kind of odd and old as this is, my kids still enjoy it.
-Maybe "Wizard of Oz"? With the witch? if not too scary
--I LOVE Coco, but for some reason the imagery was too much for my kids at 5 & 7. They got through it, but both little girls were surprisingly scared. My older kids loved it. There was a definite age break at around 8 for being cool with Coco.
--We just watched the first Addams Family animated movie (#2 out now). It was a lot better than I expected, since I had read reviews that were just awful. I thought it was cute and had some funny bits for adults. The imagery is kind of a lot, though, again, if your kids are sensitive about scary stuff. If not, they would be fine.

I love the Curious George Halloween movie! Spookley Nightmare before christmas Room on the Broom (not on netflix this year and I almost cried) Roald Dahl's Witches Addams family (all versions ) Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad Toy Story of Terror Scared Shrekless Frankenweenie
Surprised nobody has recommended Hocus Pocus! My DD (5) loves it. Some of the more adult dialogue (virgin must light the black flame candle etc) goes right over her head. It's scarier than Halloweentown but not as scary, IMO, as Nightmare before Christmas.

I put Hocus Pocus in my OP! Lol
It’s been ages since I’ve seen it though. I really couldn’t remember if it would be appropriate or entertaining for them.
