I'm looking for a travel backpack or shoulder bag that will hold a 13in laptop, a tablet, water bottle, cords, etc and has the thing on it where it slides over your roller suitcase. Does anyone have one that they love and would highly recommend?

I bought this one this year and I LOVE it. I use it for work everyday. When I asked about it here some people complained theirs got dirty easily. It seemed most of those complaints related to the Dune color. I have heather gray and haven't had that issue. You want size L.
My 15 inch laptop juuuuuuuuuuust fits. And there is an inside place for a tablet too. Fits a lot without being heavy. Feels nice on my shoulders.
ETA: My one complaint is I wish the side pockets were a touch bigger to make getting a water bottle in easier when my laptop etc are inside. The bottle can fit but I usually just throw mine inside the main compartment rather than fiddle to get it in.
I bought an Oura Ring before Christmas and I really like it. I love the sleep tracking, and in love that it has helped me find balance between activity and recovery. For example, this morning I’m feeling slightly run down, and my ring said that my heart rate recovered late last night without the level or heart rate variation I usually have, so I should focus on rest and recovery today. It’s crazy that I need a piece of tech to give myself permission to rest, but honestly it’s nice to have the data to validate how I feel instead of just assuming that I’m lazy.

I have the Tumi Voyageur Carson - it fits all of your criteria but it doesn't have an actual water bottle pocket. However, there is plenty of room for a water bottle on the inside.

Check out the Rowledge from Lo and Sons. I think it meets all your criteria.
Speaking of bags, any recs for a backpack that could pack enough stuff for 10ish days of travel? We are not heavy packers but don't want to do laundry on the road and would need clean shirt/underwear each day (I'm fine with reusing pants) and maybe an extra pair of shoes. We destroyed our suitcase in Italy when we were there 2 years ago by dragging it everywhere and I would love to pack 2 smaller backpacks instead of the 1 big suitcase we normally do for our next trip. I think I'm ok with it being bigger than a carry-on size but I don't necessarily want a giant backpack like the kind you'd take camping in the wilderness with a bunch of supplies.
Any recs for a holy grain makeup primer and setting spray?
I LOVE the Hourglass makeup primer, but it's definitely expensive. I went to Sephora pre-pandemic and asked for samples of several and that was my favorite by far. They do sell it in the trial section at Sephora if you want to try before buying the big guy.

I like the Charlotte tilbury setting spray. Also the benefit setting spray has a really good application - very misty. I think good skincare and waiting for it to set into the skin is better than any makeup primer I’ve tried.
Primer for me changes depending on weather and how my skin is behaving. I'm using the Hey Honey serum and primer right now and it's great, but it's definitely for cold weather with my skin.
I haven’t actually received it yet, but I ordered Ilia super serum skin tint and I am ridiculously excited about it because I am terrible at maintaining a skin routine, but I do always put on SPF and almost never wear makeup, so this feels like a product that could actually make my skin truly better but also look better and give me sun protection. I know I’ll actually use it, so I hope it lives up to the hype. I can’t wait to get it.

I have a backpack from eBags that I really like. It’s very roomy and fits a ton, but it’s solidly carry on size. It does get pretty heavy if you cram it full, but it’s a nice option for moderate length trips.
If that seems like too much, take a look at their other options. I’m a big fan of the eBags branded bags.
Edit: glitzy07, I’m going to recommend an eBags backpack for you too. Love the cable/charger pocket at the base and various pockets. It doesn’t fit a ton of extras (you can’t pack clothes or shoes in it), but it’s super well organized and makes it really easy to throw stuff in and go while knowing exactly where all your stuff is.

DH just bought one. He’s really data driven, so based on what you’re describing I have a feeling he’ll really like it.
I’m considering selling my Apple Watch. I hate that it doesn’t factor in rest days so even if you work out six days in a row, it’s still like “you can do this!” Fucking no, Apple Watch. It doesn’t really provide actual balance. I don’t find it motivating to wear it most of the time.
These are both recs. I've started wearing fake strip lashes, and KISS makes a glue that is like an eyeliner pen. It's makes putting on lashes so fast and easy. I really wanted extensions, but know that I wouldn't keep up with the maintenance so decided to start doing this and it's working really well.
I also got Timeless vit C serum and am liking that a lot.

I will second this. I don’t use it anymore because my skin changed and any Vit C serums started irritating it but this one I used for a long time. It is a really good Vit C serum. They also have different strengths now.
I've fallen prey to podcast ads and purchased two things I've repeatedly heard about - 1) Bev wine. I tried the sparkling rose last month and liked it so much I bought a variety pack for my birthday to try the other varieties. I like that it's zero sugar, a little fizzy, and I rarely drink a whole bottle of wine (H and I like different types), so its nice to just be able to have 1 or 2 cans if I'm in a wine mood. This will probably last me til the summer and then I will switch to seltzers haha. And 2) Magic Spoon cereal. I've been bored with my usual snack options so I wanted to try this for a healthier sweet option. I've just tried the maple waffle flavor so far and its really good!

I have a tendency toward compulsive exercise, which I mostly have a good handle on now, but my Apple Watch has definitely been a little bit triggering. The Oura isn’t. In fact, right after I got it I went about 7 days in a row of exercising, and it was like “whoa there, slow down! You’re not recovering. Take a day off!” It’s kind of amazing.

I’ve been in love with the Tula primer lately. I find that I can wear it alone for “lazy” make up days and don’t feel like doing much, and my makeup lasts all day with this when I’m wearing a mask.

Where did you buy it? Is it relatively comfortable? I’ve tried a fit bit and an Apple Watch and I just can’t get used to the feeling of sleeping with a watch on. A ring seems much more doable though.

I ordered this and absolutely 100% love love love it. I was hesitant but I am all in. I hope you love it too!

I bought it directly from Oura during their Black Friday sale. It’s a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. When you order, they send you a sizing kit so you can try different sizes on different fingers. I ended up needing a much bigger size than I thought I would, and I wear it on my middle finger instead of ring finger. It’s very lightweight and I often forget I’m wearing it. I have a $50 off code — PM me if you’re interested.

Yay! This makes me happy. I am eagerly awaiting the package. I also bought the concealer for under my eyes and was eyeing a bunch of other things on their site, but decided to start small.
