Y'all. Why are any of us still watching this? I have last week's episode on in the background and why the FUCK do we care about Meredith's new boyfriend's niece dropping out of college? LOL And such dramatic music behind her pronouncement like it matters even a tiny little bit to this show.
And what's up with the Maggie & Ellis (the elder) scenes? They're so weird.

Ok douche, go ahead and call it mud. My husband DID have halitosis. We addressed it after I talked to you girls on here and guess what? Years later, no problem. Mofongo, you're a cunt. Eat shit. ~anonnamus
And they never even touched on how fucking pissed Maggie should be for Meredith essentially hiding a letter for a million years.
Did she hide it? I guess I didn't realize that, I thought it was just in a box of papers that she maybe hadn't looked too deeply at? I only half watch (like everyone else) so I could have missed it. I do recall Meredith saying she probably didn't remember writing it or something like that.

To be fair, Meredith didn't even know Maggie existed when her mom died, and a lot of her mom's things were boxed up long before then with the mom in a home. I didn't take it as hiding it, but just not even realizing it was there. With it having the desk top nameplate, it's possible that it was stuff boxed up from a desk at work and Meredith may have never opened it (the box).
ETA: but ugh, this show does need to die completely!

I mean it was in a box in her bedroom closet. Didn't seem too buried.

But she's a VERY BUSY person what with all the doctoring, researching, whining and awkwardly flirting she has going on... Oh yeah and 3 kids but to be fair the kids don't take much of her her time... She's just TOO BUSY to look through old papers!
How many have quit only to restart thinking "maybe enough time has passed it won't be bad anymore"? My 3rd (4th?) time seems to have stuck. Thankfully when I fell off the wagon, no benders, police, or hospitals were involved!
For a long time Gunsmoke held the longest running title, but a good portion of that was as a radio show. I think currently it's SVU. Greys is 4? 5? years behind that? Wasn't greys a midseason start? If you include UK, I know Dr Who has been on forever. I know of another couple shows (eastenders and coronation street), but I think they're technically soap operas which is a whole 'nother ball game, although the line between a ridiculous soap and greys is very fuzzy.
Maybe I’ll quit when they cgi Bailey in space and she has to space walk to defibrillate someone having a heart attack outside the space station or some shit. You know it’s going to happen.
